I have lived here 18 years and been going to this restaurant often over the years. But over the past year the cashier has become rude and unprofessional. She will play on her phone when she has a customer standing in front of her. When taking orders on phone she has customer repeat their order ('cause she's distracted on her phone) and abruptly hangs up without a "goodbye" or polite ending to the call. Last week I came in to pay for my phone order and after extending my hand with my card in it to her, she looked at it and immediately got on phone, unlocking it, opening her app screen, selecting her text message app, and began texting! Yes I watched this entire process because I was so surprised at her behavior. I almost turned around and left. As it is, I think I won't be patronizing the restaurant anymore. Customer service is important. Her behavior is so unusual I almost wonder if she's purposely trying to lose her job or be replaced. As far as the food, it is good but I'd rather drive 30 minutes to the next Chinese restaurant than to give my money to this business...

Went to hand her the plate she looks at it says oh no no no no no no you eat half decide you don't want and then want more food look at you you eat to much you not get food started to argue with me over it . I told her no hell I didn't the plate wasn't full to begin with I ate one shrimp to see if I liked it I didn't she raised her voice a gentleman from the back came up front he spoke to her ( couldn't understand) she shut her mouth fast he said I'm sorry I'm fixing you plate hold on. Even though he did fix the main entree it was still wrong cause he gave me fried rice I ordered. Lo mein . In a place of business whether the customer is wrong or right that doesn't give the employee the right to raise there voice nor talk down to them....
Read moreOrdered and paid for the buffet to go. Walked over to the buffet, almost no food of any kind. We waited and waited and waited. The line of people waiting for the buffet kept getting longer. We finally just fixed our plate out of what was available from the bottom of each tray. By the time we left there was still no food coming out of the kitchen. People who were getting their food ordered and served directly from the register were getting their food. Just not the buffet. Wondering if they don't need to have better planning because the food was good (as you could tell by the number of people waiting). I think next time we'll call ahead for a to go order. This is not the cleanest restaurant mostly because of the age. You have to exit the restaurant to access the bathrooms and the parking is full of potholes. And still the...
