Little Chick Restaurant — Restaurant in Metter

In order to leave a review, you have to at least give one star. If not for that, no star would be given. Food is good. However; the customer service sucks! The lady at the register has no personality nor customer skills. I have yet to see this lady smile! I went in to get lunch. Stand in line for 10 mins. I'm next to place my order. Lady comes in, has phone in order. This lady tells Ms. Stoney Face she is there for pickup. Without acknowledging the fact that I'm there at window or a I'll be with you shortly, Ms. Stoney Face asks if any others are for pickup. Of course, there is. I think I'll go back in the near future and wait until the busiest time, stand outside, phone in my order. And yes, walk right in there and say I'm here for pickup or maybe not...

My family stopped in for the first and last time about two weeks ago, the place was clean and smelled good and appearance was great the food looked good from the things you could see but the lady that takes your order the tall caucasian is very nasty attitude is a negative 20 she talk to you as if why are you here what do you need I was totally surprised and shocked I dont know who own that establishment but she is horrible for business i dont know why she is that way but she is nasty, the folks in the back you can see preparing chicken was nice they spoke and smiled but I will never spend money where were not welcome and we left and went...

I love Little Chick and every single thing about it down to only taking cash! Best fried chicken, apple turnovers, and atmosphere you can experience! I've been going there my whole life, decades, and not one thing about the place has changed in that time and I hope it never does. If I ever have the ability, and the current owners ever ceased to run it for any reason, I'd buy it and keep everything exactly...
