This is truly a hidden gem. Was on the way to Savannah and decided to stop here for a bite to eat. Absolutely and definitely worth the quick drive off the highway. If you’re craving extraordinary Mexican food, bypass the fast food off the freeway and drive the extra half a mile. As for the experience…Ample parking. Extremely friendly cashier. Even the cook, who is an old Mexican lady, came out to see how we liked her dishes. Simple menu but they do all of it well. Had the Tacos, Tamales, and Tortas. All the ingredients were fresh. The Al Pastor was flavorful and juicy. The hot sauce was actually hot and yet had great flavor. The Tacos had plenty of meat and tasted great. The family loved the Torta and especially the toasted flavor to the sandwich. They even have a small bar with a variety of beer!! The best part…the giant 75” TV they had playing Spider Man: No Way Home!!

Read moreMy wife found this spot online as we were traveling from Savannah back home to Marietta. It’s a short drive off the highway into a charming downtown area. It’s not a fancy or expensive place; salt of the earth type food and people. My type of food and people. Service was friendly and fast, atmosphere was charming, and the food was terrific. I highly recommend it if you’re in the Metter area and want a hot, wholesome meal. My wife had the nachos (which was a generous portion), my daughter had beef tacos, and I had a birria taco and two chorizo gorditas. All of it was fresh and delicious. We will definitely stop back in next time we make the trip out...
