Taqueria El Sol — Restaurant in Metter

I have placed online orders here frequently since moving to the area last year. I work from home so typically I order in advance at least 45mins to an hour so that I can pick my order up and leave. There have been numerous occasions where even after giving that much time in advance, my order is not ready and I have to wait an additional 10-15mins. I just placed an order today at 11:44am and was emailed the auto confirmation that it would be ready at 12:15pm… Called at 12:14 to see if it was ready… Was told YES. Went inside to pick up and was then told it is not…. I instantly asked for a refund and received no apology or inconvenience response whatsoever…..Just a cash refund and that’s it. As someone who works in costumer service, The response to the situation can change the impression of a paying customer… Not sure if I will...

Sad when a Mexican waitress, chooses to profile her own ppl, I was with my in-laws , walked in the restaurant, where not greeted , only one other table besides us, food was delicious, but we were clearly discriminated against, white patrons walked in, where smothered with attention and got 2 baskets of chips when we were thas e same amount of people. I do ag ree with the fact t our hat most of our people do not tip, and I am 100% sure that was the reason behind this type of behavior , we weren’t part of that majority of our people who do not tip. And the young white girl who tended to us received a very nice tip, we understand things are hard but she made my family feel as if we shouldn’t be there because we wouldn’t tip or our money wasn’t...

Food was excellent and very reasonably priced. However, if you have asthma, breathing problems, or chemical sensitivities, I would get food to go and keep an eye on them spraying the bottle with the blue stuff in it around you. They spray a chemical concoction that includes Fabuloso to clean. The Fabuloso has an extremely strong smell and chemical sting. I assume they have mixed Fabuloso with other chemicals it isn't meant to be mixed with, thereby intensifying a chemical reaction in the bottle. I immediately started having lung symptoms and was coughing before we got outside. The next morning, I was still having asthmatic breathing and issues. The food is great. Just beware if you don't want to inhale strong chemicals...
