Burlap & Lace Market & Coffee Bar — Local services in Metter

We stopped in Metter Ga on our way through. We travel full time in our 40’ rv and happened to stay at the welcome center the night before. We love supporting small businesses and locally owned, especially in towns we use for our overnight stays. We stopped in to this little coffee bar and it is the cutest store! It’s got the small town feel but a surprisingly large footprint store filled with very cute clothes and gifts. We picked up a few items that will be gifts for our family and a coffee to go. I let the barista pick my drink and I ended up with “the Payton” which is very good. A nice sweet coffee still with a good coffee flavor. We would highly recommend stopping by this shop for both locals and visitors alike! Oh and a bonus - it’s only 5 minutes down the road from the welcome center and it has a large free parking lot right...

We enjoy stopping by the coffee bar at Burlap and Lace when travels bring us on I-16. The coffee is good and there are many seasonal flavors, available hot or iced. Some pastries are available, as well as healthier snacks on the left rear in the coolers. Aside from the coffee, this shop is very clean and the setup is attractive. There are many options for small gifts and some jewelry too. They also sell men's and women's clothes and the prices are reasonable for the quality. Just about 5 minutes off I-16, definitely...

Was glad my hometown has a business of this type, caliber and offerings. I had been looking for iced coffee and found this place on my way out. I would describe it as a best kept secret. I did buy a couple of shirts but I briefly saw several dresses I would loved to have purchased but I was needing to get on the road. Definitely will shop here upon my return. Prices on dresses do seem a bit over priced...
