Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mexia

I visited Taco Bell in Mexia on 10/22/24 I ordered my food #13 The gentleman who took my order was very courteous and professional When I look for the sweet tea which is what I always drink I was told they were out by the gentleman who took my order. He gave me my cup and walked back to the back and I assumed they were making the fresh sweet tea since they had the containers they make the tea in sitting right beside where they were preparing orders Both men in the back looked around nervously at the woman working the drive though as though waiting for her okay. I waited a little longer then ask the woman at drive through if the tea was about ready She responded and said rudely we are out then said we don’t have sweet tea (which I knew they had it because I was there about three weeks earlier and they had very good sweet tea.and then she also laughed after she started we don’t have sweet tea. The unsweetened tea looked like colored water because I served myself some. They also didn’t know if they had sugar for the unsweetened tea. I explained from the get go that I could not drink carbonated drinks because of health reasons. I was going to order food for my husband and children but after such and unpleasant experience and loosing my appetite after the whole order I left Poor customer service Woman in drive through needs a course in...

So glad they've reopened!!! Only so much chicken, & burgers a person should eat. Plus; with the recent contact issues, over Covid-19, this is one of my truly favorite places. Along with a prior Mangers return, to help in this locations Grand Re-Opening, makes the urge to stop by for lunch, So Much more enticing!!! They've got to train the new crew members, is my only issue, as they may not spread burrrito fixing properly when wrapping them up, but the people who really want to keep working will learn. Common issue at any T.B. (especially in the Drive-Thru! ) That is an issue with most "Fast-Food" places! Just remember to Check your order before leaving a parking lot, though; we don't need to waist everyones time= sitting at the window... You can take it in if anything is incorrect. And I don't usually have that issue here! 5 Stars: Hot & Fresh Food, a new Drive-thru Menu board (nice!) & very Clean Store/ Restroom. Mmmm, now I may have to make a special trip to Mexia? L.O.L. I am in town from Alabama to visit family for the Christmas holidays. I have NEVER received such horrible service and food from a Taco Bell. First of all the girl at the drive thru was very rude and had a terrible attitude. While making a request the window was closed in my face mid sentence. My quesadilla was only half of what I was supposed to recieve and had NO chicken in a chicken and cheese quesadilla. My drink was half full. When entering the establishment to order something that was actually edible, the restaurant was filthy. 25 minutes into this ordeal and being hungry on Christmas Eve evening I decided on a burrito which I received BURNT!!!! So.. $25 and 40 minutes into this ordeal I had an unedible meal. WORST experience ever and employees who just don't care. The city I live in has four taco bells and we frequent them often.
