Terrible, you're basically paying ($13.99 for the Large Bazooka Plate), and they basically serve you a bucket of rice. When you ask for a little extra bean and less rice, they refuse or nail you with another charge. Mind you, they are black beans, one of the cheapest on the market. almost as cheap as the rice they use. The manager on duty, don't have his name, but he is young with long hair...he is actually serving food and his hair is not even properly tucked away for food safety. Anyway, he does not even say hello, or thank you for that matter...very sad considering the hefty prices one has to pay. Oh, not done yet, the Peruvian guy at the register, doesn't speak a lick of English, didn't even say hello or thank you as well. The place is not the same since the owner no longer works at the location. The only reason i am even giving a 2-star rating is because the food is still pretty good and fresh and because of the Haitian guy on the grill. He at least smiled. We all know how important it is to make the customer experience great and make them feel valued especially in these inflationary times...good food alone does not cut it anymore. I won't be back. thanks for...

The worker an older hispanic guy was soo rude to me and this other woman. Giving me an attitude when i would ask for extras. i know they are extra you don’t have to yell. The women behind me order an original chop chop and she wanted to add black beans the guy yelled at her saying no. although the women made a mistake and wanted the Cuban chop chop , the worker literally walked around the counter and pointed at the menu and told the lady in Spanish, DO YOU SEE WHAT IT SAYS THERE. OH YOU DO??! ARIGHT. I was shocked at his behavior. I know children who are nicer than this.

The woman said maybe you changed it but ok i’ll pay extra for the cuban one. The guy was so rude i didn’t even want to eat the food anymore because he was so rude. But i had already paid so i just left in my uber.

Anyways the food was great fresh and hot. The worker, he needs a new job or a SERIOUS customer service course. It wasn’t busy it all. It was July 1st around 3:35PM. The other guy working was very polite. Wont be coming back to...

Ordered delivery directly from the Chicken Kitchen website. They forgot part of the order. When I called the location, they acknowledged they forgot part of the order, but told me either I had to come get it (um, I ordered delivery for a reason) or I need to download the app to dispute it, they cannot do anything at the location. So I download the Chicken Kitchen app (it's really not an app, it's just a version of their website) and it says the same thing as the website - contact the specific location for assistance. Um, I did that! There is no option to fix my order. Now I'm out half my order and they refuse to fix it. Never ordering from them again. (Side note: the food is delivered by Uber but does not show up in your Uber account.)

This chicken kitchen location in Miami Beach can be tricky. As a local, I have ordered plenty and have visited as well. My suggestion is that you dine in. Never had a problem dining in. Deliveries, however, can be a nightmare. Perfect example is my delivery order today. Kids Quesadilla is completely burnt. Thank goodness I flipped them to see it when I opened it to avoid my kid getting sick off out of it. This location also has issues reading instructions. There are many times I order extra things I pay for and they don’t put them. I ask for utensils and extra things and they don’t put them (See picture). It’s pretty clear on the receipt they attach to the bag. It feels like they don’t put much effort on deliveries. You’ve been warned!

Our first time here and we must not have been paying attention because somehow got our food with none of their signature sauce 🤷🏾‍♀️. Actually thought it already came with it however she never asked just boxed it up. We were on the go, and in haste didn't check before leaving which would've probably been an easy fix. But it was still good, very fresh and the grilled chicken is amazing so the ingredients in my Mexican wrapito took care of itself however the original chop chop with no sauce was kind of weird.
