Read moreTerrible, you're basically paying ($13.99 for the Large Bazooka Plate), and they basically serve you a bucket of rice. When you ask for a little extra bean and less rice, they refuse or nail you with another charge. Mind you, they are black beans, one of the cheapest on the market. almost as cheap as the rice they use. The manager on duty, don't have his name, but he is young with long hair...he is actually serving food and his hair is not even properly tucked away for food safety. Anyway, he does not even say hello, or thank you for that matter...very sad considering the hefty prices one has to pay. Oh, not done yet, the Peruvian guy at the register, doesn't speak a lick of English, didn't even say hello or thank you as well. The place is not the same since the owner no longer works at the location. The only reason i am even giving a 2-star rating is because the food is still pretty good and fresh and because of the Haitian guy on the grill. He at least smiled. We all know how important it is to make the customer experience great and make them feel valued especially in these inflationary times...good food alone does not cut it anymore. I won't be back. thanks for...

The women behind me order an original chop chop and she wanted to add black beans the guy yelled at her saying no. although the women made a mistake and wanted the Cuban chop chop , the worker literally walked around the counter and pointed at the menu and told the lady in Spanish, DO YOU SEE WHAT IT SAYS THERE. OH YOU DO??! ARIGHT. I was shocked at his behavior. I know children who are nicer than this.
The woman said maybe you changed it but ok i’ll pay extra for the cuban one. The guy was so rude i didn’t even want to eat the food anymore because he was so rude. But i had already paid so i just left in my uber.
Anyways the food was great fresh and hot. The worker, he needs a new job or a SERIOUS customer service course. It wasn’t busy it all. It was July 1st around 3:35PM. The other guy working was very polite. Wont be coming back to...
