Avoid this Bagel Shop at All Costs! I had the unfortunate experience of visiting and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Let me save you the trouble and urge you to steer clear of this establishment. customer service was atrocious staff was rude and indifferent, showing absolutely no interest in serving customers. It felt like they were doing me a favor by taking my order

2.cleanliness of this place left much to be desired. There were hairs strewn across the counters, which made my stomach turn. It's appalling to think that they have such a lack of regard for basic hygiene standards.

I had average hopes for this place. First, it was extremely hot in there and when i asked them politely if they minded turning the ac on they started giving me unexpected attitude. I assumed the employee was having a bad day so i continued to be kind and patiently waited for my food that i had ordered. They got my order wrong 2 times and brought my drink after i was finished with my meal not ONLY this but my husbands food came 20 minutes after mines mind you i was finished with my food I'm honestly super disappointed already but continued to be super kind. When i went to pay i didn't want to tip and the manager literally asks me how i had the audacity to not tip this place. Very selfish place, i'm not from israel myself and honestly i expected better and this is just straight up disrespect and unnecessary behavior when i clearly didn't do anything wrong. They also tried to charge me for the drink that was clearly very late when i told the person i didn't want it anymore. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this place to anybody no matter what. Everything was horrible honestly i never felt worse and uncomfortable like this in my life. I looked at the other reviews and all are terrible well deserved this place should shut down....
