I bit into and almost choked on a used bandaid that was baked into a 16” Supreme Pizza that I had taken to go. I retuned to the location and was treated with complete disrespect and disdain by the cook as well as the owner The owner, with whom I spoke on the phone, not only refused to comp me for the pizza but called me a jerk, insinuating that I was blowing the situation out of proportion. He said “sorry but these things happen”. The cook who has a large cut on his right elbow, accused me of planting the bandaid to try to get a free meal. Wow, I didn’t think it was possible but a new low has been reached. I am a local resident, was a frequent customer, and in the past their pizza has actually been quite good. But the staff and ownership’s complete dismissal of the situation and defensiveness makes one really question the cleanliness and health standards of this place. Disgusting to say the least, a general health risk might be more appropriate. I returned to the location yet again to wait to speak with the owner in person but he never materialized. At that point the new hire at the register actually gave me a full refund in cash and assured me that the staff would not have to cover it. That one employee was the only person who treated me with any decency or showed any empathy whatsoever. I am reporting Collins Pizza to the FL Dept of business and professional regulations and well as Miami Dade county health department. Beware.

Collins Pizza in North Beach, Miami Beach, is an absolute gem! The moment I stepped in, the warm and inviting ambiance instantly made me feel welcome. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout my dining experience. Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the pizza! The menu offered an impressive selection of both classic and innovative toppings. I opted for a traditional pepperoni and mushroom pizza, and it was cooked to perfection. The crust was thin and crispy, just the way I like it, and the sauce had a delightful tangy flavor. Aside from the delicious pizza, they also have a variety of appetizers and salads to choose from. I couldn't resist trying their garlic knots, and they were scrumptious, perfectly seasoned and baked. The portion sizes were generous, making it a great value for the price. As a bonus, the location is fantastic, allowing for a pleasant view while dining. Overall, Collins Pizza provided a delightful dining experience with its delectable pizzas, excellent service, and charming atmosphere. I can't wait to go back and try more of their tempting offerings!

I finally found a pizza place in my neighborhood with great pizza!! There are tons of spots in north beach, and Collin’s Pizza is hands down the best. The food: I got two slices, a cheese slice and their white pizza. The cheese slice was perfect New York slice, just the right amount of sauce, cheese and the crust was delicious! The white pizza was surprisingly excellent… I honestly only got it because it was a popular option so I wanted to try it out. So delicious! The location: This pizza place is small, but there is indoor seating that is very clean and comfortable. The service/experience: I ordered at the counter, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I made my order togo, but while waiting I could tell it’s a place I wouldn’t mind eating in, as they have beer on tap, and the vibe was super chill. Definitely a great spot to grab some beer and a few slices with friends.

I walked in for the first time on my birthday and wanted a slice of cheese pizza. The tall gentleman was very mean and disrespectful. I asked him to explain what’s in pizza all vodka. He became very nasty. My husband ignored his first out burst. Once he brought us the pizza he, I asked for parm cheese and he said what all nasty. And making faces. As a woman of color coming to this establishment I was spoken to very disrespectful and there were others in the building and that came in after where they weren’t spoken to like that! This is not okay! The only reason I am giving 3 stars for the atmosphere is because it’s a nice place, the staff on the other hand need training on customer service. I will never come to this establishment.

Where is the sauce? 😕 Collins Pizza: We don’t use a lot of sauce. We prefer a balanced taste with a med thin crust. Since our crust is on the thinner side, adding a lot of sauce would make it soggy. So our pizza profile may not be for everyone especially if your are used to the franchises. Best 12/20 I mean you literally use no sauce though. I am a chef and have tried and made pizza.. just admit you skimp on the sauce.. it’s basically cheese, the oil from the cheese, and bread.. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I’m not saying it has to be saucy but sauce isn’t even in this ratio. When I look at other pictures that people have posted there is evident sauce… maybe it was just my pie 😫🤷🏾‍♀️

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Best Pizza I’ve eaten! We stopped here by chance because we jumped on the wrong trolley while on vacation. This happy accident was the best experience. Staff were very friendly, Virginia our server was all over everything. She was amazing making sure everyone had everything they needed and were a group of 7. We ordered a Suprema, Meatball and Angry Nonna. Nonna is a little spicy but nothing crazy, the meatballs were excellent and are hand made and the suprema was a perfect balance of toppings. I would give them 10 stars if that was an option and I’ve eaten pizza all over the world including NYC. The 18” offers 8 good size slices, great value!
