We've been to Cafe Prima Past years before Covid struck. Recently upon returning to South Florida we decided to bring a large group of our friends. Hoping that everything was still the same and they did not disappoint. We even managed to get a parking spot adjacent to the Ristorante. The Staff are a model for how any restaurant should operate. From the minute we walked in the door we were greeted and accomodated while the rest of our guests arrived. They gave us a nice round table for our group in a corner and the ambience and decor was still inviting, chi chi and enjoyable. Our waiter cheerfully took our drink orders and within minutes everyone was in a great mood. Now on to the Piece De Resistance...THE FOOD!! A gorgeous basket of Artisan Bread and these incredible thin breadsticks (individually packaged) was placed on our table. But wait.....they also brought us complimentary.....YES COMPLIMENTARY....Bruschetta. It was magnifico. Then everyone finished the Bruschetta they brought more. Complimentary Refills.....Everything we ordered was top shelf, hot and freshly prepared just like it was from Nonna's Kitchen in Tuscany. My order was the Famous Squid Ink Pasta in a Lobster Creme Sauce. You would not believe the amount of seafood and fish there was in that dish. Shrimp, Calamari, Scallops, Salmon, Clams, Mussels. It was a Seafood Extravaganza.....that Sauce....Words cannot describe. The Pasta tasted like they just made it. Other friends had Crab Ravioli, Chicken Parmigiana and they were equally Delicioso. All I can add at this point is BRAVO CAFE PRIMA PASTA. We will return...

UPDATE : I recently hosted my husband’s 50th birthday dinner at Café Prima Pasta, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the early planning stages, Fabio, the manager, was outstanding—quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and fully dedicated to making sure the evening went smoothly. He stayed involved the entire night and made sure our guests were well taken care of.
Ricardo, our waiter, was equally impressive. Attentive, professional, and always one step ahead—he made us feel completely cared for and added a personal touch that did not go unnoticed.
The food was phenomenal. We began with the Prima Salad and Bruschetta for the table, followed by delicious appetizers: Carpaccio di Salmone and Pulpo Toscana—both fresh and full of flavor.
For the main course, we served a selection of standout dishes: Fiocci Rapera, Penne Vodka, Chicken Parmigiana, and Branzino Caccia. Every single dish was beautifully prepared and drew compliments from our guests.
We wrapped up the evening with a perfect Tiramisu, capping off what was truly a memorable celebration.
If you’re looking for a warm, elegant setting with incredible food and service that goes above and beyond, Café Prima Pasta is the place. Huge thanks to Fabio, Ricardo, and the entire team for making my husband’s...
Read moreWhat an experience. From the moment you walk in you are transported to a glitzy 20s Miami Beach vibe. The low lighting and red curtains with chandeliers give it such a romantic vibe. Definitely make reservations! We were sat almost immediately when we got there. And as soon as you sit down and start looking around, you’ll see a bunch of old photographs on the walls. Even some autographed ones from some artists who have been there as well. First, we were given a bruschetta toast as an amuse-bouche to open the palette. The tomatoes and the basil were so fresh and the toast was nice and crisp. It definitely got those taste buds dancing! The menu is short and sweet and the waiter also let us know the specials of the night. We did go with one of the specials which was the lobster caprese risotto. It was amazing! It had a full lobster tail with some grilled shrimp that were butterflied and cooked perfectly. The risotto was nice and smooth and had some fresh crisp asparagus inside. It gave it a nice bite. I also got the penne vodka and it was delicious! The sauce was absolute perfection! The pasta was perfectly al dente and had just the right amount of sauce. And you can taste there was fresh tomatoes in there. Delish! For dessert we got the tiramisu which was deliciously creamy and luxurious and I also got an espresso martini with Bailey’s which had the perfect espresso kick to end the night! What a great spot for a romantic dinner and some great...
