Dunkin' — Restaurant in Miami Gardens

Sitting in the cold, snow covered grounds of Fort Worth, Texas, I thought about the Dunkin’ Donuts experience I had….a LONG TIME ago. I searched and WOW! This Dunkin’ Donuts is still here in the same spot! 56 years ago, I was a 6th grade student at Hibuscus Elementary and chosen to be a crossing guard (yes, the kids were the crossing guards back then), and my post was at the corner of this Dunkin’ Donuts. I would go in and get a donut and met a nice server (I have since forgotten her name). After a few times of going in and seeing her, she would give me the donut! I was on top of the world! This obviously was my favorite post to guard!! Very fond memories of her and Dunkin! Gosh, I sure hope I didn’t get her in trouble! Thank you Dunkin! And thank you to the awesome server...

To begin with, I ordered through Dunkin’ Mobil app, and not only did they get my order incorrect while waiting for my order(inside), to which I had ordered ahead. An employee named Kayla was EXTREMELY RUDE and on her phone the entire time! not only ignoring me multiple times when I was asking for a key for the bathroom. After finally getting her attention (by way of other customers mind you ), she told me and I quote “ you if you want the key you gotta ask nicely “ very condescending like. Then I proceeded to ask again after her stare off waiting for me to “ask nicely “, only for her to tell me then don’t have a key. Knowing full well the whole time, that they didn’t have a key.

10 out of 10 unfortunately would not recommend. I’ve got a couple of times where the coffee tasted like filtered water. The staff are very mean and last time I went I had placed an online order for pick up, and when I came in the manager stated that I never made an order because the ticket did not print even though I had the receipt on my phone with the timestamp of when the order was made. I was literally the only person there, and she refused to acknowledge my order after constantly in a nice way, asking to please double check she made one out of my three orders which I paid and it ended up being made very poorly.
