Dunkin' — Restaurant in Miami Gardens

If I could give it NO STARS I would. This morning I ordered Ice Coffee, and one Medium coffee with no cream and only sugar (NO CREAM). The lady behind me ordered ice coffee as well. While I was waiting for my ice coffee, the lady behind me got her ice coffee before me. They brought me the hot coffee covered already, I didnt look inside (which I should have) Then, I waited patiently for another three minutes and I asked if they were going to give me the ice coffee, to which they replied they had to make it and that it was going to take about 3 minutes. I had only 7 minutes left to get to work on time. I could not wait. I asked for a refund for the ice coffee, but she wouldnt give the refund complaining that she had to wait for the machine to cool the coffee otherwise it would be hot. Guess what... the coffee WAS hot, not cool. And when I got back to work, Late, the hot coffee had cream in it which I cannot have. Totally unsatisfied with my order. Got ZERO items correct. Instead of giving me a refund like I asked, they made me wait more to give me a coffee that wasnt even cool. The people serving here are not...

My Fellow Americans, Today I am finally getting my install done on my under cover truck. And as usual I am at the Dunkin Donuts at 15905 NW 67 Avenue. WHAT A PLEASE IT IS TO EAT HERE, From the Amazing staff, to the most incredible Manager that is Amazing, courteous and cares about all HER customers. Everything is fresh and I have never had a complaint. The food is delicious i had the Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich sub bacon for ham and Oh my god! what a delicious sandwich. The food specialist really prepare it precise to its directions and with love (witch is important) so if your in Miami Lakes come in enjoy your coffee and your sand which I promise you will enjoy it. Customer service was bad I stood at the counter for five minutes and no one spoke to me girl with the blond hair/color never spoke to me seemed like she had an attitude it toke for another young lady to run over to speak to me and take my order. I never got a chance to scan for my points and the girl with the blond colored hair put my drink way in the corner next to the hand sanitizer instead of placing it in front of me. Bad customer service. I still tipped the young lady that toke my order but this Dunkin’ locations so start having management/ owners come to see how their locations are being ran.
