One star for a lack of a lower rating. I'm definitely not recommending this place as I had a very bad experience yesterday. Lashev one of the staff was obviously definitely not in the mood to work and I paid the consequences as she was agressive, mean and disrespectful towards me. I decided to leave the restaurant without taking the sandwich that was already prepared. Everything single thing that I asked her to put in it, she was doing it on her way. She played deaf as if the sandwich belong to her. 1-"Don't put too much spinach"(said that 3 times), she filled it with spinach. 2- I asked for onions (3times as well) didn't get any. 3- I asked for salt and pepper (had to insist 3 times) didn't got any. Next thing, the sandwich was wrapped and given to me with the meanest face ever seen in an industry where smile and customer service are supposed to be the least to expect . Obviously chocked by such a lack of care, I turned to her colleague and wondered if she had hearing problem ( this would have been the only explanation because she was not responding to any of my request). She turned towards me, screamed and yelled at me like I was her child: " Just take your sandwich and leave my place !!! ". Another client that witnessed the scene had to reply as I choose to leave to deescalate a situation that obviously would have been worse if I had responded. To the owner: please when you have employees that are not in the mood, have them stay home because my purpose by entering your restaurant was solely to get a sandwich not to be cursed by your staff. Obviously she doesn't have your best interest in regards. I will not go to your place ever again and will make sure that none of my friends and social media followers does it as well. I’m a postal worker and there was a bad storm I decided to go there for lunch and also to use the restroom which I’ve been holding, there aren’t any specific locations for postal workers to use the restroom. I went inside and ask to use to restroom because you need a key to use it. They gave me a hassle asking am I going to purchase something because that was from management. I told them yes but the young lady behind the register said no I have to purchase before I use the bathroom. I stated I would pay after I get out they laughed and told me no. I then stated can I have the managers number she said for what and after writing it down she told me there is no need to call because when she’s off she ain’t gonna do nothing but curse me out because of that. I told them why would I pay for food and then go in the restroom with it that’s nasty. The three workers laughed and didn’t care.
