Observed 2 live small flying insects on the front counter menu board, 1 live small flying insect on entrance door, 2 live small flying insects on wall at front counter hand wash sink, 2 live small flying insects on cups at front counter, 7 live small flying insects on coffee maker at front counter, 1 live small flying insects by three compartment sink, 6 live small flying insects on wall above bacon hot holding unit, 2 live small flying insects on fire suppression tank located in the kitchen area, 8 live small flying insects on toilet and wall in the ‘s bathroom, 6 live small flying insects on wall by the reach in freezer located in the kitchen, 3 live small flying insects in open container of plastic cups on shelf in kitchen storage area, 2 live small flying insects on bread at back storage area, and 3 live small flying insects on potatoes in back storage, approximately 10+ on closed boxes of paper products located on shelves in the kitchen storage area, and approximately 10+ live small flying insects on wall in the back storage by door marked exit. Observed approximately 10+ live small flying insects in the dining area.”

Read moreI placed a mobile order at Store #1700 at 19650 NW 2nd Avenue Miami Florida 33169 and about 7 mins later went to the drive through and they said they couldn’t find the order. Then about 2 mins later told me to come around. After waiting for about 3 mins the cashier asked me if I could back up heading back to the drive through speaker and then pull forward again because I’m on their timer. I said I’m not comfortable doing that and they said I have to because I’m on there timer. At that point the cashier became really irate and started yelling and insisting I do that.
I asked to speak to the manager who said her name was April (no one was wearing name tags) and she said I have to move what if they don’t ever give me my food. She then said she is not going to serve me again if she sees me. I told her I would like to have my food so I can go. They slammed the window in my face. She said they have to serve the people behind me because they placed their order at the window. I asked if their orders take priority over mine even though I had ordered through the app and was in the drive through before them. She said she was going to call the police if I wasn’t willing to back up and move my car so their timer could stop running. So I asked her to do so. I never got my food at all even though I was charged for it I and also my reward points that I used to redeem an Sandwich as well.

The Manager Daniel was a complete nightmare not only did I have to wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes to pick up my mobile order only to be told to back up behind the yellow pole after finally getting to the window. Once, I pull back up to the window I'm handed half of my order. I let the young lady know my order is incomplete, she tells the Manager Daniel he advises for me to pull up and wait cause he has other customers. I beg his pardon! I've been waiting long enough not to get the correct order? I ask the Manager then for his name he refuses and starts being very argumentative. Very unbecoming of someone in a Management position. I asked immediately ask for my money back after the confrontation. I will not tolerate disrespect or rudeness when I'm spending my money. I will patronize another business.
