Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream Shop — Restaurant in Miami Lakes

I have been going to this Haagen dazs at least 20 yrs. Bought an ice cream cake last night to comply with my wife’s wishes. To our surprise the cake was pretty much un edible, the frosting was extremely sweet to the point of being un edible. Took it back the next morning but attempted to call first but after the phone ringing several times , went to a full mail box and hung up the call. When I mentioned this to the female manager, she said that they just opened; she then added that they don’t have a website ( ?? Really). She was very sarcastic about the return and seemed annoyed instead of empathetic. I even mentioned that the previous owner was a Afro American guy and was always on top of the store; she replied by saying that “ it was probably 30 years ago”. One would think that a ice cream cake from Haagen dazs would be better than Carvels but not in this location. It’s a shame that the customer turn around attempt was very poor and un important. Decided to stop in to get something sweet with a couple of friends, albeit it was really close to closing time so I understand it was not the most convenient. However as soon as we stepped inside, the young lady who serviced us Veronica, decided to verbalize her distaste at us going inside by muttering “oh my god are you serious”. I’m sure she was unaware that she was louder than she meant to be and we all heard it. They also let us know they would only be able to serve us anything in a small cup or cone. We were going to just order the dulce de leche dessert which we didn’t think counted as something difficult however we were told we would be unable to order it. I don’t expect anything free or a handout out of this, just that if you’re going to work in anything in customer service that you should be courteous or keep your opinions to yourself. Just walked into this store and I tell them to scanned my coupon and if you are a normal person your know that coupon means a discount from your tab/order now why would you think that I'm scanning for points? And then you have the audacity to gaslight us into thinking coupon means points i don't care where your from or what the word means to you if u search online coupon means discount from a particular item 😭😭. And I think that's basic common sense anyways if you go to this häagen daz make sure to tell carla that you want a discount not points or whatever I don't even know how you would phrase it cause cause this girl is crazy....
