Juan Valdez - Miami Springs — Restaurant in Miami Springs

We had high hopes walking into the Juan Valdez in Miami Springs, but this visit was a total letdown.

We ordered a caramel macchiato and a Colombian empanada. The empanada was a far cry from the flaky, flavorful ones served at the Doral location--this one was dry, poorly presented, tossed in a paper bag without sauce, and barely a half patty. No care in prep or presentation.

We also ordered two cheese fingers, which are supposed to be stuffed with white cheese, but when we got home--surprise--they were guava. No explanation, no label, no care.

The cherry on top? They spun the payment screen around asking for a tip... after giving us $20 worth of wrong and disappointing food. Meanwhile, the Starbucks across the street was packed, while we were the only customers here. Now we know why.

Such a great spot! I stopped by last week and had an awesome experience. They’ve got the best Colombian coffee—seriously, trust me, I’m addicted to good coffee, and this place nails it every time.

The store’s super modern and clean. Even the bathroom was spotless (big plus, right?).

The customer service was quick and super friendly. There were two people ahead of me, but I barely waited 5 minutes.

Oh, and the ham and cheese croissant? You’ve got to try it. It’s hands down one of the best I’ve had.

Overall, just a great vibe and a solid experience. Definitely recommending this place to anyone who loves good coffee and tasty bites.

Excited about Juan Valdez new store in Miami Springs dont run there yet it was a complete failure. Not at all to Juan Valdez standards, I'm a follower of Juan Valdez while the store appearance atmosphere, cleanliness was as other stores, service, food quality was not. Server was overwhelmed, got order wrong and flat white was more like a black coffee. Server gave us cheese bread instead of ham cachitos & they weren't cooked throughout. They were more like raw dough with excessive cheese than made us feel sick. So if this store is a franchise owner needs to step up the food quality & service. So for now not for me, I'll go to...
