Taqueria los Dos Amigos 2 — Restaurant in Miami Springs

I made the mistake to order through Uber eats and the order was sent completely plain without any of the condiments the restaurant offered on the app. No cilantro, onions, rábanos, salsas, limes etc… The restaurant also didn’t include the taco de lengua (which is by the way charged at a higher price than the rest and when I asked the restaurant about it they simple told me that they don’t make them anymore; however they are still listed on the menu on Uber eats which means they make people pay for something that they can’t deliver. The restaurant was very rude when I called. The first time they hanged up the phone and the second the person was very rude too, offered no solutions first said that her boss was not in but that she would call to see if he could drop off a new order and then she said that her boss was out of the state and to fix this with Uber eats and hanged up on me again. If I could, i would rate this place lower than one star. Let me start off by saying that this place is disgusting. Went in the store after I ordered off of Ubereats because they messed up my order and I confronted the nasty lady named Carolina (or whatever her real name is) at the register. I saw this lady handling money, touching her phone, dumping customers food into the trash, and cooking food right after doing all of that with no gloves. No hair nets. Nothing. Found hair in my food. Very unsanitary and repulsive. Ordered a torta with no onions and and to my surprise, bit into the torta with what had to been a whole onion inside with a little hair in it. Long story short, do not come here unless you want to contract some sort of sickness from the unsanitary and hostile environment. This place needs to be shut down!!! The food was good. But let me explain why I won't give a higher rating at this time: When I went, I bought around a dozen tacos to share with my lady. I also bought some drinks. To my surprise, not only was the food a little pricey but their card system which was Android powered (I didn't find anything wrong with it) yet I had to wait 20 minutes to eat my food because a worker had just recently changed the password for their app. I was not offered a discount, I had to eat cold food, my drink was watered down, not a spec of empathy was given for a first time customer. Will I go again? Most probably, but it will be a while. I drove almost 20 miles to eat some quite revered as authentic Mexican tacos. Yet I got the same hospitality I would get at the nearest Taco Bell (NOT Mexican). Will re-score on...
