I went to this wendy's on may 3rd and an employee was constanly ignoring me at the window. I tried getting her attention twice and she kept walking away. When we got our order, she forgot a Sandwhich. So we were trying to let her know we were missing something. The driver was speaking lower than me , and the employee heard her speaking, so the employee was very obviously ignoring me when I was the one talking. All I did was try asking her if we could add a frosty to the order. Every time I tried to get her attention, she rolled her eyes , shut the window, and walked away. I eventually was able to ask her about the frosty and she immediately cut me off. she said " no. we dont do that. you have to go through the drive thru again" She also got my order wrong. I specifically asked for the burger that has one patty, and she deliberately put two. And we were missing a whole other Sandwhich. We tried telling her this and she, AGAIN, inturrupted the driver who was mid-sentence, to wave her hand around all annoyed, and demand that we pull up. She could've waited until my mother in law was done speaking to tell us that. I understand that it was late at night, and it must've been a long day, but there was no reason to be so unbelievably rude to us when all we wanted was our food. Im never eating there again. Read moreAwful. Just awful. I am so disappointed and angry in the service I was provided a few minutes ago. So upset that I came immediately to write a review on it. My family came through the drive thru and ordered our food, and we had to repeat our order no less than 5 times. When we took our food, we found out that they had given us sweet and sour sauce instead of barbecue. My mom went inside to get the correct sauce and was treated so rudely. They were out of EVERY sauce except sweet and sour! They didn't even tell us! Additionally, we dug deeper into our shallow bags and found a criminally disappointing amount of fries in the containers. We ordered 2 value fries and 2 medium fries. They are all COLD, with NO SALT. Even worse, the mediums had fewer fries than the abysmally filled value fries. I attached a picture that I took after pulling the container out of my bag. I am MAD. This is the most disappointing fast food visit I've ever had, after my next worst just earlier this week! My family spent $25 to get practically NO food. The workers here today were lazy and disrespectful, and didn't even try to get our order right. I can't believe the management going on here. Read moreThis was the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to and what made this experience the worst one was the person attending me through the drive thru named Elizabeth. First of all someone with that attitude and rudeness is what is driving the business away, such a disgusting attitude from the moment I was ordering through the drive through, when I arrived at the window she kept on, she kept ignoring my request to give me more ketchup after I ordered three different meals and not one sauce was added. She didn’t give me the straws she didn’t even give me a receipt. Then when I was driving off she called me stupid. Reason I didn’t go back and beat her up was Bc my kids were in the car. I tell you I don’t know how they can have such a disgusting person working there. One thing for sure is that I will never nor will I ever recommend anyone to go there.
