I had a disappointing experience at this Biggby. When I arrived, I stood at the window waiting to be acknowledged, watching two employees share photos on their phones. After a long wait, I was finally greeted. I ordered a hot black bear, and my partner ordered a âmint hot chocolateâ as listed on the menu. The barista, however, responded with, âYou mean the mint mocha?â â as if the menu item we read didnât even exist. We still arenât sure if my partner received the correct drink.
After ordering, we watched as a car went through the drive-thru, received their drinks, and left, all before ours were even started. When we finally got our drinks, I noticed that my cup wasnât even filled to the top, so it wasnât a true medium and/or the issue being the space was left for whipped cream, but there was no whipped cream or drizzle as shown on the menu. The barista then had the nerve to ask, âArenât you cold?â as we stood there waiting and barely acknowledged. Overall, the lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and poor service left us unimpressed. We wonât be recommending this location or returning...
   Read moreThe teenage girl who works here with long blonde hair who wears it in a pony tail is extremely rude. I came here about a week ago and ordered my drink like usual. I was excited to come here because they just opened. I get to the window to for my coffee and bagel and everything is fine until she slams the window in my face and was extremely rude to me because I didnât tip her for my $15 coffee. This is a fast food restaurant at the end of the day and this was extremely rude for a restaurant that just opened two months ago. Honestly this store should already be shut down because of how rude and disrespectful this girl and the other employees were to me for not tipping on a order with a $15 coffee when I could have got to dunkinâ donuts and got a better coffee for a FRACTION of the price. And my bagel tasted dreadful. How rude. I will not be returning to this â Biggby Coffee â in front for the Meijers....
   Read moreSo disappointed to be writing this review. We ordered 2 sandwiches and one latte for Sunday breakfast. It was supposed to be delivered by door dash in about 20 minutes. We almost cancelled it because 15 min later our order still hadnât been confirmed, but just before we tried to cancel they confirmed it. Yay! We were hungry. About 20 min after that we get a call from our poor dasher who arrived at the restaurant to find they had given our order away to someone else. Look, I worked in food service for years, it happens! But how Bigbyâs chose to handle it I have never seen before. They refused to re make our order, which created a situation for our poor dasher and for us, because we all had to communicate with door dash to a) make sure our dasher gets compensated for his time and b) get a refund for the food we never received. Obviously we wonât be relying on Bigbyâs for sustenance again....
