I placed an order at CJ Chan for vegetable Lo Mein and two spring rolls. Knowing that this restaurant tends to serve dry noodles, I requested extra sauce. It is advisable to have plenty of liquid on hand. Unfortunately, the Lo Mein had very few vegetables. I could only find a couple of pieces of onions, three small pieces of broccoli, and a few other vegetable bits. It was incredibly dry, to the point where I was so disappointed that I threw it all away. Additionally, they did not make my dish as spicy as I had asked.
Feeling upset, I called CJ Chan to express my dissatisfaction. This was the third time they had messed up my order in the past few months. They offered to remake it, but I didn't want to drive back after coming home and getting angry. Besides, I no longer trust them to do the right thing after multiple previous mistakes. I have made the decision to never order from them again. Despite previously writing positive reviews about CJ Chan, I overlooked their previous errors. Unfortunately, this has become a recurring problem. I believe their decline in quality is a result of struggling to keep up with online orders. Nowadays, it seems that money takes priority over maintaining their standards. As a community, Asian people in America have shifted away from their wonderful traditions and blindly adopted a more profit-oriented mindset. However, I also recognize that Americans have stopped demanding quality service, allowing Asian establishments to take advantage of the situation. This disrespect towards the hard work and sacrifices of Asian ancestors, who created new cuisines using different ingredients, deeply upsets me. It seems that the dollar has taken precedence over quality, and this acceptance of mediocrity as the norm must stop. If we continue down this path, future generations will never fully understand the efforts made by their ancestors to establish thriving communities in this country. Therefore, my dissatisfaction with CJ Chan goes beyond just my disappointing order. It is about preserving the memories of their own past, which they clearly do not value.

Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at CJ Chan in Moraine, OH, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I ordered the General Tso's Chicken with fried rice and a spring roll, and I must say, it was the best General Tso's Chicken I've ever had.
The General Tso's Chicken was a revelation. I didn't realize that this dish is supposed to be crispy, but CJ Chan has perfected it. The chicken was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and coated in a perfectly balanced sauce that was both savory and slightly sweet with a hint of spice. It was a delightful combination that I can't wait to have again.
The fried rice was another highlight of the meal. It was cooked to perfection. Unlike some places where fried rice can be soggy, CJ Chan's fried rice had the perfect texture and a wonderful taste.
The spring roll was also a standout. It was crispy, fresh, and filled with delicious ingredients. It provided a great contrast to the other dishes and rounded out the meal perfectly.
Overall, my dining experience at CJ Chan was fantastic. The food was fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. I highly recommend CJ Chan in Moraine, OH, for anyone looking for top-notch...
Read moreFinally found a great spot for Chinese food around me! The food is great. Ordered carry out for lunch and grabbed enough for dinner too. First of all, it’s pretty cheap. But definitely not quality wise. For my lunch I ordered the two roll combo, I chose a philly roll and a shrimp tempura roll and it came with miso soup and a salad. The salmon was fresh, the tempura good, the miso a little bland but still good and the salad could have used a little bit more ginger in the dressing but still had nice flavor. For dinner I ordered the beef w broccoli and fried rice and chicken lo mein. The beef w broccoli is fantastic. A lot of flavor, well cooked BEEF. You can actually tell it’s beef! The lo mein was seasoned well and not over cooked or too greasy. All in all, I had a great first experience here, I will be returning, and I recommend this...
