It appears that my former review isn't visible for some reason so I deleted it and rewrote it. If this happens again I'll have to try filling it with corporate. I am utterly appalled by the experience I had at this location, which was, without a doubt, the worst fast food experience of my life. To begin, I placed my order online in advance, expecting a quick pickup given it was only a five-minute drive. Upon arrival, I found one drive-thru lane completely empty, so I pulled up to the speaker. After five minutes of waiting, an employee finally informed me that she would be with me shortly. Fifteen minutes later, she returned to take my order. At this point, I would have preferred to go inside, but the drive-thru setup makes that nearly impossible.
When I provided my name, the employee asked if I had ordered the same thing twice. I explained that while I hadn’t intentionally done so, the app might have caused an error. It wasn’t a major issue, as I could simply save the extra order for the next day. After another five-minute wait, I received one bag of food at the window and was told that there was only one order. I checked my credit card statement and confirmed I had been charged twice.
I then entered the restaurant to address the issue, finding only two customers inside—one waiting for food and the other placing an order. The staff, however, was more focused on laughing and flirting with the customer than attending to their responsibilities. After taking his order, it took another ten minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. Once I explained the situation, a young lady grabbed the second order and unceremoniously shoved it across the counter before vanishing into the back. Throughout this ordeal, the staff’s language was shockingly inappropriate, with constant use of profanity.
In total, it took approximately 45 minutes from my arrival to departure to pick up an order I had placed online, which is completely unacceptable. Read moreVery unprofessional came in to get chicken legs and were told that we aren’t making no more chicken till we sell what we have left. The manager was very rude and had no customer service skills what so ever. You should never be forced to have to buy the most expensive chicken they have for sell when your coming for legs, especially when legs are the only kind you prefer & want. The manager never once offered to compensate us what so ever due to them not making no more chicken. Also was told I couldn’t have more than 1 packet of sauce for 5 tenders. & I couldn’t have more than 1 packet of honey per biscuit and couldn’t get any extras.
Very rude, no customer service skills, very unfriendly environment, not a place I will be back to. It not only took a lot of time to get our order taken but then we where told we couldn’t get what we wanted to order. Just seems like the items that aren’t available shouldn’t be on the menu if you can’t order it.
I will drive to Kettering before spending another dime at this location till the service here is improved.
We the customers keep you in business so if I want legs, legs should be able to be made. Not just breast, wings and thighs. Just seems like the customer isn’t the priority at this location.
The photo showing the chicken it too show how not fresh it truly was. I ask for fresh chicken nuggets and said I only want them if they are fresh the manager said they have only been down for two min. This chicken is dried out and the breading is horrible way to churchy.
Ask specifically I only want the chicken if it is fresh the manager lied about that incident as well. Just trying to move out dated chicken. Upper management needs to step in and retrain Everyone in the store and not to mention the customer is always right.

Read moreNot going to lie.... Came to this location tonight... Just wow. I'm going to go to my original location that I love so much, even if its much further away than this location, which I tried due to convenience.
The fact there was no line of cars outside, except for one was a bit concerning, especially since this place just opened recently. Every Popeye's I normally go to has a line.... What's wrong with this one? The location is prime real estate near Kroger and Meijer... You can't go wrong.... unless you have terrible service, which, apparently this one has.
What bothered me was going on inside. There were people waiting inside for their chicken and some people in line just to order.
What also bothers me is that the chicken stove you'd normally see at other locations is being blocked off by a wall of white bricks.... I'm not used to that, but its definitely shady considering any employees can slack off in the back.
That said, I waited for 15 minutes, still no orders taken. Only one party was getting their food. No orders were being taken, so I left.
... and the same car that was outside waiting for an order was still there 15 minutes later.
Apparently the place is still understaffed ($13 an hour apparently won't cut it there.) and it closes at 8pm, but come on.... This is supposed to be a high profile location and you don't even want to take orders, let alone make anything even if its still 30 minutes 'til closing time? Give me a break.
This is the one restaurant that West Carrollton/Miamisburg/Moraine needed, and we love this chain.... just not the service we are getting. I am truly disappointed. I hope the service...
