Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Miami Township

These owners are scam artists, go to another location!! My wife ordered a birthday cake online for our daughter's birthday. When I went to pick up the cake, they had no record of it. I did have a confirmation # and everything including pick-up time etc... My wife had already PAID for the cake, proof of purchase was provided to them and my wife said they had already debited her account. They said that was just a hold and they dont get any payment for the cakes that are bought online..... and that I would have to pay it for it, again, in-store or I could not have the cake. None of it added up and I was pretty certain they were doublecharging us, but I needed the cake for my daughters party that night so they had me by the b**ls. I paid and of course my wife was charged also. The owners were there and the whole thing felt like a scam. Don't go here, I will be filing a formal complaint with DQ corporate. Placed a mobile order for a mini mixing bowl mashup blizzard with brownie pieces instead of the cookie dough. The person who made it referred to it as a chocolate brownie extreme when they put it in the mobile order area, which is a different blizzard than what I ordered but had my name on it, and when I questioned it to the other guy working at the counter he told me that’s what I ordered. I don’t appreciate the gaslighting. I commented that there was no brownie batter in it. The counter guy insisted it was just mixed it, but it has a distinct taste so I would know if it was just “very blended in”, which it isn’t supposed to be anyways. He asked if I wanted additional brownie pieces to make up for it when the brownie batter was the missing ingredient??? At no point did he attempt to ask the person who made the blizzard what it was that they made to ensure it...

Update: Avoid this location! They have poor customer service. Have not been treated well and been given attitude. Went through drive through and was driving off when i noticed my blizzard leaking out the side of mu cup. Went in to get a new one. And they just transfer it to a new cup reblended it and put a hole into the new one as well. Obviously lady working counter does not know how to operate the equipment and needs retrained because she told me the carmel pieces always do that, but considering ive had this same blizard multiple times without be served with a puncture in the side of my cup, im calling bull. Very unhappy with the quality of food and service from this location and will not be returning.

Bathrooms were disgusting. Service was very poor. No one was watching the front counter and had to holler to get someone's attention. Besides that...
