Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Miami Township

My husband order 2 pizzas, a cheese bread, wings, and a steak hoagie. The other food was average, but not precut well at all. I had to use my pizza cutter to cut it all. However, my hoagie was a mushroom sauce hoagie with NO pickles and NO onions..... which IS on the receipt...... but it came with EXTRA onion and EXTRA pickles!! It was absolutely LOADED with onions!!! I hate strong onions!! BUT I tried to pick as much as I could off of it. I tried really hard to just eat it but I couldn't, my entire kitchen smelled like onions. I couldn't eat it!!! So I put it in the fridge (ordered it last night) and attempted to pick MORE off of it today and try to eat it again. .... when I unwrapped it ALL I could smell was onions! But I STILL tried to eat it.... I only forced myself through half amd couldn't finish because all I could taste was pickle juice and onions.... there was NO other taste to it!!

This was the first hoagie I've gotten from Marcos, we live 40 mins away and it wasn't opened until my husband brought it all home so there was no returning it that late at night..... Thanks for the ruined experience and the missed dinner, Marcos!

I want to say I do like Marcos food but I am reviewing the customer service I received at this location on July 11th. I hate being the person that comes into the restaurant 5 minutes before it closes but having a guest in town for only a limited time who wants to try the pizza, I called to put in a carry out order. It was 10:41, the location closes at 11, and the lady who answered the phone after letting it ring and ring said to me that I had just missed the cut off for placing pick up orders, the last one would have been at 10:40. I'm about 5 minutes away so I decide to drive there to place my order of crazy bread, again feeling bad because I know they close soon, but I get in and to place the order and presumably the same lady from the phone tells me she JUST turned off the ovens. So basically, you are closed. Either close earlier or take my order please! Just curious, what services are even offered between 10:40 and 11? Why not just close when you feel like...

We are new to the area and have loved ordering from Marco’s for years. I was surprised to see that no COVID-19 precautions were being implemented in this location at my time of pick up. No staff member within my sight was wearing a mask or gloves- the guys making pizzas and taking payment/orders all unprotected. No sign on the door stating safety precautions being implemented. No markings on the floor of where to stand. With the rest of the world implementing extra precautions to help slow the spread of COVID-19, it doesn’t seem this location cares to do the same.
