Starbucks — Restaurant in Miami Township

This location gets my drink right 3xs out of 10 but yesterday was by far the worst experience the barista hannah was unprofessional and rude. She got upset when SHE messed up OUR drinks then told us we had to get back in line if we wanted her to fix it when we got there, there was no line but when she said that there where about 4 ppl in line. The drinks ended up in the trash because for one she gave me regular milk instead of oat(im lactose) and the other tasted terrible we know the drinks vary barista to barista but man this tasted like coffee grounds and plastic. I won’t go as far as to say that I will not be returning, but if I see Hannah there, I will definitely not be purchasing it beverage...

Multiple times I order from the app so my order is ready when I get there since I’m on my way to work. But this is the 5th time I showed up and my drink isn’t ready because you are out of something. Why didn’t the app say you were out of it? why couldn’t you get it from the Kroger shelves? So you’ve wasted my time again. It's smells like coffee when you pull up and get out. I just love that smell. It's almost enough to get me going. Then when you get the coffee it kicks in gear and really gets you a going. I enjoy Starbucks but they are somewhat pricey. So I normally only get to get theirs coffee, is when I get gift cards from family or friend and I do enjoy then Starbuck gift cards..
