Not sure why I was under the impression that this was a full bakery with seating. This small location space, shared with a pizza place, is tucked away by the airport. The atmosphere was inviting and the man behind the counter was polite and enthusiastic. He smiled as I took pictures of the adorable line of croissants and pastries on the metal counter. I could tell the bakery works like a perfectly oiled machine. Furthermore, I could tell the pastries were truly a work of art, with different colored dough, and careful thought and skill put into every one! The staff expertly stacked empty boxes to create a faux background for the pastries. I was hoping to sit and enjoy my cafe con leche with pistachio croissant, but sadly I was left wanting. Will return knowing it's only for pickup, but well worth the drive in Miami where bakeries are more about quantity than quality. This place has immense potential and excellent noteworthy quality. Good job!

I was excited to receive my order of ham and cheese croissant that morning. They are usually very good and fresh, but that morning they arrived cold. As I took the first bite, the ham tasted funny and I tried to ignore it but I went ahead and opened the second one to find greenish ham with black mold. That was disgusting. I took some pepto Bismol and some over the counter medications to avoid food poisoning symptoms. That was disappointing. No customer deserves to go through that. I had to force myself to throw up. It was a nightmare, I still have flashbacks of the moldy ham that I ingested without knowing it. They are pricey, I did not expect such poor oversight and quality issue from them. Open your pastries before you bite into them.

First time trying Buttermoon and I’ll definitely come back! The woman who helped me was extremely kind and attentive. I got the alfajor croissant and the churro cruffin. Do yourself a favor and try anything that involves dulce de leche. Theirs isn’t overwhelmingly sweet, and if it’s commercial, it’s definitely a high-quality one. I’m looking forward to trying more options in the future. From the baking community in Miami, Ā”Muchos Ć©xitos! šŸ¤

We ordered back in February, a large order for my office and I must say it fell short. I reached to to someone named Fernando where I expressed my concerns and dissatisfaction. He apologized, and said he would refund the order. I reached out to follow up with him several times via email, because I honestly hate to leave a bad review but, when he never returned any of my emails and never refunded the order, I was left no choice. I would not recommend this bakery. Very...
