Starbucks — Restaurant in Miami

Disclaimer- the girl who took our order at the front counter was very nice I see the 4.5 rating for this location and I feel truly cheated because we did not receive 4.5 service tonight. My boyfriend and I are rarely in Miami so we have never been to this location however we have been to several other Starbucks locations in Broward county. We arrived at this location and as soon as we walked in the first thing we noticed was a large coffee spill that was hardening on the floor beside the pickup counter. Then, we notice that the store is not properly staffed with only three girls working with a lobby full of people and a long drive thru line. Next, we see one of the employees with her headset on finishing off a can of Pepsi at one of the tables in the lobby while taking someone's order. This particular employee was only wearing a crop top shirt and jeans, no apron/hat/anything Starbucks uniform related. Our drinks, one medium frap and one medium cold brew, took 15 minutes to be made. We will never return to this location again, we pinky promised each other. Hopefully the service gets better at...

Overall I have to say the morning crew is always on point. What never fails are the Sunday afternoon drinks that disappoint. Either I get a tea or a coffee is always prepared as if the baristas were doing you a favor. Starbucks isn’t cheap, but we all go back because we 💚 it. Considering there’s people dying and starving on the streets it might be ridiculous to complain, but baristas form Starbucks don’t make less than 18$-20$ or more …if a silly costumer like me is going out of their way to add extra topping (which isn’t free) to a seasonal drink and is coming to the store for the 2nd time today (3 total counting another store) to get a cup of coffee that weighs less than a feather and has NO topping and when you ask the barista if they run out of it, she just looks at you like 🙄 and adds the damns topping. I wished her a wonderful evening to her depressing silence. Cheer up baristas! Compare to other places in the food industry you guys aren’t doing terrible. Morning crew definitely has way better service and their coffee has never failed to...

For Friday morning near Miami International Airport we were looking for a coffee shop to have coffee and have quick bite. So we decided to stop by Starbucks and we did drive thru through Starbucks. From the menu we first ordered Cookie Crumbles and Hot Chai Latte with oat milk. For quick bite we ordered Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wrap, Kale & Mushroom Egg Bites & Hot Croissant. The service was good and soon we got our orders. We first had our drinks which were delicious and tasty. The drinks were fresh and freshly roasted with correct amount of sugar. Then we had our food. We first had Hot Croissant which was delicious and heated in the oven. Then we had Spinach,Feta & Egg White wrap which was also delicious with spinach and egg very well made.. Then we had the bites which was best among the food we ordered and it was delicious. Definitely try...
