AT&T Store — Local services in Miami

I had an amazing experience today with Maykel at the ATT store LeJeune in Miami. I lost my phone before departing Virginia this morning and drove directly to this location when I arrived in Miami. Needless (and sad) to say, I was quite lost without my phone and needed a replacement immediately. Maykel was so patient and gave me all of the options available to me. Not only was he well informed and attentive, but he has that rare ability to help multiple clients at the same time without anyone feeling neglected. He also transferred all of my data from the phone I lost via the Cloud without saying I should just go home and do it myself. This was a huge help and rarely happens at any of the other stores I have visited in the past. Job well done!...

Horrible experience. I went in today to purchase new phones and transfer my phone number from version . The lady assisting us repeatedly kept asking for my phone number from Verizon, she ended up switching around two numbers from my phone number and ended up essentially giving me a new number , now I have no access to my iCloud account to link to the new phone because it keeps sending a verification to my original phone number that was supposed to be transfer. Now I have to sort things out with att customer service if it will even be possible to obtain my original phone number and to top it off I was charged 2 Apple Watches without authorization. I dont even have the watches in my possession. I'm going to make sure this gets reported....

Don’t waste your time. Go to any other store. Drive down the street and go to the other ATT in coral gables. Walked in and the rep didn’t even lift her head from the counter to attend to me. She was busy? Tired? In a bad mood? Who knows. She didn’t know what she was talking about. Shout out to Yovany G(he stated he was the manager) for being super rude and incompetent. Told me i wasn’t eligible for un upgrade (incorrect) as i walked out and told him that i was going to another store he shouted “no other store was going to help me” que pena. Drove into coral gables and the AMAZING reps there were able to help me in a professional manner. Walked out with my upgrade in 30 min. Turns out i WAS DUE FOR...
