Decided to give them a try for the first time on 10/28/23 and would never come back. I highly recommend you avoid this business and location entirely. They only care about making money off you rather than provide actually good service. The initial experience seem great but when it came to the car wash, not only was I rushed into the wash but was not given any instructions by the staff and was just āsignaledā to enter. As Iām in the car wash, something was off and my car stopped moving (probably their rotation wheel) and next thing you know, Iām getting rear ended by another car behind me WHILE IM IN THE CAR WASH. My bumper and hub cap suffered damaged while I was in the car wash. I spent $30 for the wash and membership, just to return with a damaged car. I was left traumatized from this experience. I called the company once I found the time to do so to cancel my membership and get a refund and Catherine from support informed me they could just cancel. Their system also falsely input that I used their service twice (which is why they denied me a refund) when I only used it once and it was the same day/time I signed up. When I claimed them about it, they told me I had to do it the same day of the issue. I paid for a complete car wash or Supreme, that would include tires cover with black magic but my car tires were never even touched by the machine that performs this operation. Thus, poor customer service, place run by a bunch of people who don't know what good customer service is. I'm not talking about the employees, which are very quick at what they do, it's the poor management that makes them look non competitive. Update as June 2019. I'd give this car wash one star rating, but employees deserve better than that. The management team is the one that doesn't seem to care. Went back there again, paid 14.99 for the complete package, same old story, tires were not even clean, I had to wash them myself and apply the tire foam myself. Very disappointed. They have no clue about what is customer satisfaction or feedback, or they don't read or don't care about...

I noticed that a previous comment I left was edited and reposted under an employeeās name. Iām sure it came from a good place, but I would prefer that my feedback stay in my own words. I ended up removing the comment because of that.
On my last visit, the cars in the tunnel felt a bit too close together. My car was sent in a little too soon, and I could feel the lower rollers quite a bit during the wash, which made the ride a little uncomfortable. If possible, a bit more spacing between vehicles would make the experience even better.
