This location is terrible & the owner needs to come by to see it for themselves. I drive in the drive through at 12:17 a.m. & I ordered the T-Pain checker burger meal no mustard medium with a rootbeer. I'm sending this complaint because this young lady had a disgusting attitude & didn't want to service the customers that came hoping we would drive off & go somewhere else. One customer did drive out. I placed the order at the speaker. When I finally got to the window she said she didn't get my order. I was told my order was 6.74. I explained that to her & she asked me what the order was. I explained to her the order twice & she kept saying I didn't place my order. There's no way to know the total if I didn't place a order. She finally charged me for the order which the total was 6.74 as I had previously stated. She placed sauce on the receipt that I didn't ask for them refuses to give me any sauce for the chicken bites. I then had to pay for 2 honey mustard sauces. I received no condiments, no napkins, no straw for the drink. I had to turn around because she gave me 2 bbq sauces that I then got out of my car walked up to the window in order to get what I paid for. This young lady then says out loud when I get mad then you'll know why to someone in the restaurant. No matter if she was frustrated from all of her mistakes there's no reason to behave in that manner especially when every car waited well over at least 30 minutes or more patiently for our food. Not too mention that her nasty hair weave was in my food. No one blew the horn or anything. One customer did back out but the young lady is nasty & belligerent to the customer's for no reason & the food was ice cold. Today I go and as I order the person taking my order has an attitude because they can't hear me well. It ends up the person taking my order is the general manger named Ray as I was told-the guy with the ponytail. Because they didn't hear me well I ask him to repeat the order please because I want to make sure the order is correct. He has an attitude and yes the order he repeated back was actually wrong because he forgot the cheeseburger I asked for. When I corrected it I asked him to repeat again to make sure it's correct and he says word for word "Why? Why do I need to repeat the order? You got _, _, and __it's the easiest order ever". I was so shocked and disappointed to hear this was the GENERAL MANAGER. As I try to talk to him he interrupts me and doesn't even listen. Repeating an order back to a customer, who is spending their money on your business, isn't something to be rude about back. So disappointed that a general manager could make a customer's experience so uncomfortable over something that is just standard customer service. Following this it took 15 minutes for the order to be ready and they forgot to include my drink.
Another time I went during business hours on Sunday the girl said abruptly "were not taking orders now I'll be back in 10 minutes" and I see her walk out of the store. Not sure if this is something that is acceptable or allowed there but it was very weird.
Nonetheless, after today's experience I can say I will not be coming back to this location. Please look seriously into your customer...
Read moreI will not eat here again. I tried to give it chances 7 times and the last time is officially my last straw. First, The cashier seemed to not know how to work the cashier because I used to work for Burger King and I know for a damn fact that You're able to delete an incomplete order if the customer changes their decision on something not so trivial before actually printing/sending out the order to the chef. Secondly, I tried out the 4 dollar meal spicy chicken sandwich 3 times, and the last one was what disgusted me because my bun had MOLD ON IT and fries are so mushy. Not even fresh! Thirdly, this location is the only location that doesn't make my favorite garlic parmesan chicken wings! Lastly, they CHARGED FOR A CUP OF WATER!!!
Either someone needs to make some changes to both workers and upgrade the menu to how regular checkers have instead of the small choices menu, or shut this place down because you're purposely making people sick with moldy buns and poor customer service. Speaking from experience, not even Burger King would give customers moldy buns. That's just horrible and disgusting. I don't care that it's in Miami and in a bad area, just change it. I'd rather spend time walking and my 20 bucks on Sur than eat here again. Like seriously. Or better yet, to the owner of checkers here, y'all need an health expectation because I've seen how dirty that place is and I saw a rat come out of the door when the guy which I believe was your cleaner/busboy...
