I got the mofongo with carne frita, and it was EVERYTHING. The plantains were garlicky and soft on the inside, crispy on the outsideâexactly how they should be. The pork was juicy, well-seasoned, and came with this garlicky broth that I wanted to drink like soup đ. My friend ordered the tripleta sandwich and those layers of meat with the crunchy papitas and sauce? 10/10. We also shared some alcapurriasâcrispy on the outside, flavorful meat inside, just like home.
Prices are super fair for the portions (youâll leave full, trust me). They even had piononos which reminded me of something my abuela used to make. I didnât expect to get emotional over street food, but here we are lol.

After eating at El Bori Food Truck I was able to FINALLY find a place that taste like the our food. Liliana (the chef) and the rest of the team treated me amazingly during my visit. If you're not sure what to eat believe me you won't go wrong with that combo. I'll make sure to visit the truck again during my next visit in...

It was not tasty and it was super oily which made it impossible to eat as there was so much oil dripping from the brown bag it was placed in. Nicely I got my money back, sadly I couldnt enjoy it:( BUT, their monfongo with garlic shrimp was very tasty and well presented. However, it only had 6-7 SMALL shrimps which for 20 dollars they could offer a better shrimp size. So, the 3 stars are for the mofongo with shrimp in...
