Sleep Number — Hotel in Miami

I purchased a $5.000 "smart" mattress a month ago, to this date, Sleep number has still not been able to make it work in spite of 3 technicians and 3 compressor replacement. Not so smart after all... So after 1 month and 3 days missing work to welcome their technician, I decide to return their mattress for malfunction, but they are charging me $249 returning fee while it's not me changing my mind but their mattress not working. Stay away from this high price low...
