I have drove by this place numerous times on my way home, and always was curious to try this place. I was beyond surprise at the restaurant layout and the brick oven directly in front of you as you place your order. Hevelin was at the register and Sergio was manning the kitchen in a very efficient manner. Let’s get to the good part. I had to have the white truffle pizza with a cauliflower crust option which was a highlight for me. My lady ordered the honey Pepperoni and her being from New York, she is very critical of “NY has the best pizza!” She loved the food, the quality, the appearance and most of all the taste. I tried the chicken wings, and they were absolutely delicious. Juicy and cooked to perfection, the wings had a fantastic crispy exterior that added a delightful crunch. What really stood out were the variety of sauces available. Each sauce offered a unique flavor experience, from tangy and spicy to sweet and savory.
