Interesting place with lots of potential. In my opinion the exhibitions and programs they organize are quite bland and not at all thought-provoking. The mission statement of the place is great, and the fact that they offer artists really reasonably priced studios is amazing; but sadly there seems to be no rotation so if you visit them throughout the years you will continue to see the same artists over and over.
