I recently had the pleasure of dining at Shahs of Kabob in Miami, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish.
Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted warmly by the staff and seated promptly. The ambiance was inviting, with its cozy Persian-inspired decor creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Now, let's talk about the food. The menu boasts a tantalizing array of options, but I opted for the chicken and shrimp kabobs, and I was not disappointed. The meat was perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection, resulting in tender, juicy bites bursting with flavor. The accompanying rice, infused with saffron, was a fragrant and delicious complement to the kabobs. And let's not forget the hummus and pita breadâsimply divine!
What truly set Shahs of Kabob apart, however, was the exceptional customer service. Our server, Arya, was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. From recommending dishes to checking in on us throughout the meal, his attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly made a lasting impression.
In summary, if you're looking for a taste of authentic Persian cuisine served with a side of top-notch service, look no further than Shahs of Kabob. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone craving a culinary adventure that is sure to tantalize the taste buds and leave you...
Read moreWe came here after we saw a post on IG. It's a small place and there were 2 waitresses plus the people from the kitchen who bring out the food. We had to wait a while to have our order taken while the waitress that was to be ours busied herself with cleaning a table even though nobody was waiting to be seated. She takes out order and leaves. Our salads come and we have no utensils or plates. After waiting a while for her to come she only brings 2 plates!!! Says she will be bake with another one and never comes, we finally had to ask the other waitress (Mariseli who seemed to be a pretty good waitress and more attentive to the customers). She brings an extra plate and more napkins. Then our main dish comes and our waitress asks if we want more water which we did. Again out of sight out of mind and we had to finally get up and ask for it. Overall the food is very good but please get a new waitress, Mariseli cannot do it all and the other has no business being a waitress! The other waitress will make you lose customers for sure. We will try one of your other locations but probably will not be back to Wynwood! Thankfully for Mariseli we had minimal service. We did mention it to her that the other waitress is not fit to be one and when I write the review I will point out Mariseli was great...
Read moreI've been a regular customer at this location for quite some time, but the level of service has become completely unacceptable. Itâs almost guaranteed that there will be an error with every order, whether itâs the wrong item, missing items, or, like today, completely incorrect orders.
Today, we ordered a family grill platter, but instead received two platters of rice and no protein whatsoever. To make matters worse, their phone lines are constantly down, so there's no way to get in touch with anyone, you have to drive back to the location. The person claiming to be the "manager" provided zero assistance or accountability.
They assured us that refunds would be issued for the errors, but to this day, no refund has been processed. It's incredibly frustrating to keep experiencing these issues and receive no proper resolution. At this point, I can no longer recommend this location, itâs clear they donât care about their customers or getting...
