Today was our first time going to The Palacio de los Jugos, the workers there who serve you the food where attentive asking if you need to order your food, we first walked around to see what food they sell, they have a large variety. The lady who served us our food was extremely rude I don’t know how they have her working there, she got mad at us because we ordered the food as the name that we know it, and we even pointed at it, and she yelled at us and gave us attitude because we don’t know how they call it at that restaurant, to bad I didn’t get her name, I should have asked to talk to the manager right away. The thing was that we ordered Carne Asada, and she gave us Carnitas, and we told her that we ordered Carne Asada not Carnitas, and she yelled at us with attitude telling us that that is Carne Asada, and we told her that we want Carne Asada, and we pointed to it, and she got mad at us, and told us that that was Churasco not Carne Asada. They don’t sell the Churasco Fully cooked by the way, I just tasted it and left in on the plate. We also asked her if they had natural Juices, and she told us that they only have Sodas and she pointed to them, and when we were walking out we saw that they do sell natural juices. I tried there Nutella Milk Shake, it was delicious, the only thing is that they took an extremely long time to make it. With everything that happened I won’t be going back there, to bad that Nutella Milk Shake was delicious.

Palacio de los Jugos ruined my New Years Eve. Not only are we regular customers, we have brought every guest of ours here for breakfast every day so when it was time for our NYE dinner, Palacio was our top choice for catering.

We came in and ordered nearly $200 worth of food, with the lechon (pork) being the star of the show so imagine my surprise when dinner time comes and we open up our food to find tamales instead of lechon. We called to try to resolve the issue that night but Dary , who answered the phone, mentioned she had just given the last lechon away but we should come in the next day to pick one up. The next day, which is today, came by and we called Palacio first thing only to have the unpleasant Dary tell us that we need to pay for a new lechon because we ate the tamales.

So what were we supposed to do, Dary? Tell our guests that they need to each rice and beans for dinner because this restaurant made a mistake and refused to fix it? No, we had our guests eat the masa (and only masa) filled tamales and continued with our night. Dary kindly (a joke) offered to give us the difference, which to her was $5, for a $95 pork vs. $35 tamales.

Don't go to Palacio if you're looking to take a pork home, or for tamales with actual filling because you will be extremely...

I have order on door dash at 12:53 my lunch. When I went to lunch I open my food and it was something I didn’t order at all I called the store on 1545 SW 37 ave. The lady that answer my call gave me a hard time going back and forth like if I was lying about my order. She keep saying it wasn’t there and to call another store and I did that. The other on on 27ave NW 20th street were very nice and they told me that it wasn’t there that I order. I called the previous store again and ask for a manager and they lady got the call again and again have me a hard time saying I order chicken empanada y I kept telling her that’s not my order that I have order breaded chicken yuca frita and congrí. I wasn’t able to eat and she told me to go to the store because they couldn’t do nothing with my order. Sad that I have to go to resolve this issue instead of them trying to find a solution. Love to order from here but sad with the service and resolving an issue.

My family went here multiple times and told us the food was tasty, so I went. I really loved the mashed plantain, and I could see why it was popular, but I think we should have chosen another day or time. The Plantain was really good and the yuca tasted okay, however I also had the salmon, cod fritters and tequeño. The salmon and cod fritters were extremely dry, and It was a shame, because the taste was fine. I absolutely love Tequeños, but this one was as hard as stone, like it had been sitting there for a month. This review gets three stars because of the plantain, but regardless whether it's 1pm or 8 pm, you should provide good quality of food. It would also help to put the menu items in English as well, because that will make it more attractive to a wider audience, but that is just personal opinion. The fruits and treats looked delicious by the way! Sincerely, a partly satisfied customer.

This to me is my 1st stop of the day when I come into Miami. I come get my fresh coconut , they slice off the top give me a straw and I just drink fresh coconut water. Spectacular. Then they have a vast array of freshly prepared food to buy by the lb for take out, ear in or go to the beach or sit by the bay and have a picnic. So many things you cannot imagine and it's just incredible. IF you like Cuban food or Latin-American food this is the place to come cause it is the real deal. Then they also have fresh juices any kind of papaya mango. Fresh squeezed fresh blended super great. Cuban sandwiches. My family laughs at me down in Florida because they know that's the 1st place I stopped before I see them. Try it you'll become a fan. Super clean too.
