The restaurant was recommended by my hotel. I waited an hour for my order, plus a $10 delivery fee. The pizza did not include any marinara sauce; it was more like breadsticks with cheese and meat. When I contacted the restaurant, I was informed that they operate using a mobile device. The chicken was overcooked and lacked flavor. The representative I spoke with was quite rude and suggested that they could send a driver with marinara sauce, which I found inappropriate. Regarding the order, the meal deal was $29.99. I paid an additional $10 for delivery and a $5 tip, totaling $47. The staff offered a $15 refund, so in total I effectively paid around $30 for what turned out to be pre-cooked wings and a two-liter soda from a Spanish brand. The food did not resemble authentic Italian cuisine, so please be cautious of any misrepresentations.

Embassy Suites recommended we order from this place. We did and were regretful. First, we ordered eggplant parmigiana and margherita pizza. We were told they would be delivered in about 45 minutes. 30 minutes later, we received a call that they are unable to make eggplant parmigiana. So, we asked for Mozzarella sticks instead. 45 minutes later, they arrived. The sticks were stone cold. The pizza was not a margherita pizza but a plain cheese pizza (as shown in picture) that was cheaper. Margherita pizza is made from fresh mozzarella and basil. This was plain cheese with sprinkled basil. An hour and a half wait and sorely disappointing. Don't order from this place!

We had a delivery to our hotel by the Miami Airport. We paid $50 for 1 large cheese pizza, a salad, a medium BBQ chicken pizza, 8 wings and half a to-go box of fries. They said the delivery would take 30-40 minutes and it took at least 1 hour 15 minutes. When it finally arrived the pizza was warm at best. The sauces we requested were the smallest containers I've ever seen for a salad and for wings and fries. The cheese pizza had cheese that was minimally melted. We were not pleased and would not buy from them again.

Never go to this place. Super unprofessional and is a scam!!!! We placed an order of the family deal with the large pizza, 8 chicken wings, and 2 liter for 19.99. I added a bottle of water which was advertised for 1.50 on their menu. They then charged delivery of $4. She continued to tell me that delivery would be about 45-50 mins, since i was only about 5-6 mins from the place i asked if i could pick up my order and she said if i wanted to pick up i would have to come to the pizza place and order inside. I agreed to receive delivery. When the delivery guy got there he told me my total was almost $29. If you add the total of my items plus 7% tax my order should have been no more than $27. I came into the restaurant to speak with the manager about this, while waiting for the manager two guest came in to pick up their orders that they placed over the phone. The manager came out and said the bottle of water was $2 and not 1.50 so i explained to him how that still doesn’t bring my total close to $29. He told us it was no big deal bc it was only a $2 difference and we tried to explain to him that it was the principle. He pulled out a dollar bill and told my father to shove it up his colombian ass and continued to talk crap in Spanish to my father until he walked out. If they are over charging every customer this is how they are earning money in thei business. I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLAVE...

I can’t attest to the food as it was never delivered. I ordered online and it forced me to a third party delivery service, Slice. My food was suppose to arrive by 8:02pm. I received a message that it was delivered at 8:16pm. The delivery was not brought right to my room as the hotel desk said it would be. When I went downstairs they said they did not have a delivery. I called Fabio’s and was told by the lady to call Slice customer service. So, I chatted with them only to be told they were sorry to hear this and they would send it up the authority chain. Meanwhile I’m out $37 and have no food. I decide to call Fabio’s back. Her answer is the driver probably stole it. I asked her what we weee going to do about me not having any food and being out $37. Her answer…my job is to make the food you order and I did that. Again I repeated, but what are we doing about the fact that I didn’t receive the food? They will PROBABLY refund you she said, meaning Slice, and they will block the driver’s account. Again, this doesn’t resolve my lack of food. Then she sighs and says, you do not understand….at which point I hung up. DO NOT RECOMMEND any business that isn’t willing to right a wrong...

Worse spaghetti I have ever tasted......couldn't eat it. Meat sauce had absolutely no flavor, drenched in melted cheese which did nothing for the taste. Family ordered on line from hotel. Hotel menu had one price, one line items were all $2. more each. Daughter ordered chicken nuggets and fries for $6.99 on hotel menu but she was charged 8.99 for 6 nuggets..... no fries. When my daughter called about the missing fries a woman argued with her that it didn't come with fries even though it is listed that way on THEIR menu. This employee (owner?) was very rude, continued to argue and then hung up on my daughter. Our bill for the family was $55. Holiday Inn should remove Fabio's menu from their listings. Anyone we know traveling to Miami will be warned not to order from them. Very poor business practice........no effort to make...
