I don’t usually leave reviews, but Ruby’s Kitchen definitely deserves one. The food here is seriously top-tier, and it’s all halal, which is a huge plus for me. I ordered the chicken sandwich, hot tenders, and the mutton biryani — and every single thing hit the spot. The chicken sandwich was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a nice balance of spice and flavor. It’s honestly one of the better chicken sandwiches I’ve had in Miami. The hot tenders were also a standout — crispy, spicy, and super flavorful without being greasy. They had that perfect crunch with every bite. And the mutton biryani? Absolutely delicious. The rice was aromatic, the spices were on point, and the meat was tender and flavorful. It didn’t taste like something just thrown together — you can tell there’s real attention to detail. What I really appreciate is that everything tasted fresh and made with care. It’s clear they take pride in using good ingredients and doing things right, which isn’t always the case at newer spots. The vibe inside is simple and relaxed — clean, casual, and comfortable. It’s not overhyped or trying too hard. The staff was super friendly, and the service was fast without feeling rushed. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel welcome right away. Even though they’re still new, you can already tell they’re building something special here. If you’re in the area or even just passing through, I’d highly recommend giving them a try. I’ll definitely be back soon — this might be one of my new go-to spots in Miami.

Had to drop a review because this spot seriously blew me away. We tried the butter chicken, tenders, and burgers — and not a single thing disappointed. The butter chicken was packed with flavor, the tenders were crispy and juicy, and that burger… man, it was so good I completely forgot to take a pic until I was already halfway through it (as you can probably tell from the photo 😅). What made the experience even better was how personal it felt. Even though it’s a cloud kitchen, the owner actually came out to greet us and chat for a bit. It gave the whole thing a really warm, welcoming vibe you don’t come across much anymore. Everything tasted fresh, homemade, and made with real care — you can feel the pride behind the food. Definitely one of those places you want to keep coming back to. Already told a bunch of friends to check it out.

I recently dined at Rubys Kitchen and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional quality of the food. The menu offers a delightful variety, and each dish I tried was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. On my first visit, the chicken burger and tenders was cooked to perfection, prompting me to return soon after to try the same thing I got before, which was equally satisfying. The freshness of the ingredients and the chef's attention to detail truly stood out.

However, while the culinary experience was outstanding, the outdoor seating area had a minor drawback—mosquitoes. They were a bit distracting and detracted from the otherwise pleasant ambiance. If you plan to sit outside, I recommend bringing some insect repellent or inquiring if the restaurant has any solutions to enhance your comfort. Despite this, Rubys Kitchen remains a must-visit for its...
