I had one of the most frustrating experiences of my life at this Apple Store. On Friday, I spent four hours there trying to get help because my phone wasn’t working. They erased my information, tried to back it up, and did everything they could, but it just wouldn’t work. I had zero signal, and after four hours of waiting like an idiot, nobody could actually fix it. They just sent me off to call Apple support. Then I wasted another two hours on the phone with support. They told me I had to pay a $1,400 security replacement fee to get a new phone, and once I sent the old one back, they’d release the funds. Fine. But then the apple representative put the wrong address on the shipment. After waiting four more days for a phone that never arrived, I called back and they said I’d have to pay another $1,400 deposit to get a new phone shipped. So now I’m stuck waiting another three to five business days for the first phone to return, just so they can release my money, and then I have to pay again and wait all over again. It’s been a nightmare. And honestly, they call it the Genius Bar, but I didn’t see any geniuses there. It felt more like an Amateur Bar because nobody knew what they were doing. I pay for AppleCare+ and this is the kind of terrible service I get.

The new @Apple Store is not just a tech haven but also a celebration of nature right in the heart of our city. Designed with sustainability in mind, this innovative space seamlessly integrates with its lush surroundings, featuring a rooftop that blends beautifully with nearby palm trees and shrubs from viewed from above (3rd pic). The green spaces surrounding the store are blooming with plants and flora inspired by the multicultural Latin American influence of Miami. 🌱 The groundbreaking design combines art adeco influence with sustainable mass-timber construction (a building method using engineered wood to create solid walls and floors), is also a first for the company. Oak-framed sections house dedicated areas for Genius Bar (still no drinks šŸ¤“), Pickups, Vision Pro demos and more including daily sessions of ā€œToday at Appleā€ workshops. Big thanks to Apple for Miami’s green touch. šŸ

Beautiful Apple store located in Miami Worldcenter next to Lucky Strike and Lululemon. Stopped in here to look for a USB-A to USB-C adapter. I purchased an adapter from Apple recently with online order and it was the wrong one. Apple does not make the USB-A to USB-C adapter but the Apple associate who helped me informed me that Beats is closest thing to Apple product since Apple bought Beats. Cost was $18.99 so not bad. The Mophie option was $19.99. Noted. I decided to wait on this purchase to see if I really needed it. This is more for all the new plugs changing over to USB-C but I still want to use anything I have that still caters to USB-A. Confusing right? Ha. All in all, Apple customer service is usually always top notch and the stores are minimalistic. Clean and modern. Aesthetically pleasing. Great location!

I didn't want to do it, but today being Monday I have to go back to work and it's impossible for me to work because of an error in judgement by a Manager at this Boutique. All my equipment is Apple, and I've never had a problem with the consideration given to me as a customer, or with the solutions provided to repair my appliances. I strongly advise you not to go to this store, where incompetent young managers will waste your time, your money and your job.

Let me explain the situation: I bought the new iPhone 16 three months ago, it shut down because it ran out of battery, and it never turned back on again on Saturday. I was very well received at the door, and very well received by the technician, who shook my hand and explained what he was going to do. He makes a diagnosis and tells me that either he's going to change my phone because it's no longer receiving electricity. Or I'll have to send it to the laboratory, and he'll need a Manager's approval .

This girl arrives, doesn't say hello, doesn't look at me, just talks to the technician. She's talking about my phone, a problem that concerns me, without even paying me any attention or saying hello.

I'm in the store, I don't have time, I've got other things to do for a Sam, she decides to redo the diagnostics with different computers, what for? And then she decides to change the cables because I don't know why they might have cables that don't work.

She decides to send the phone to the lab even though the diagnosis is clear. She still doesn't speak to me and tells the technician to repeat what she's just said. I explain that I work with my phone and that I can't stay without it. He says he'll give me a replacement phone. Today is Monday and I can't work because they lent me an iPhone XR that isn't powerful enough for my iCloud backup, so I don't have access to my files.

I took the liberty of making a joke to the manager as I was leaving, so that she would realize that I exist and that it's very rude to talk about sound in front of this person without even looking at her.

This is the first time I've walked into an appl and been disrespected like this and left disappointed and regretting my Apple products.

Avoid this store if you're looking for a solution or customer...

The treatment towards women by men in this store is unbelievable no empathy. I have never been ignored if I had an issue. This i phone has countless issues but the main issue it does not charge in my car. The manager Jones and his rep has inconvenienced me and my clients now because I can’t use this phone for work. It makes me look unprofessional the phone not charging while I’m on the road for hours and it does not hold charge! You pay for warranty and get screwed when you want to get help. I’m done with Apple phones. I’m going to put a third bad review from my client have him put it because he was inconvenienced I will explain you don’t care about helping Apple customers who want to fix an issue that is obvious. The manager is over reacting when I asked for the reps name. I took a picture because I will get someone to come back and get his name. He is acting like I was going to post or do something. Calling for help or something relax! The guy did not look like he knew what he was doing was taking off my privacy cover. Said he has to do check. I’m like the screen is not cracked. It’s a charging port issue. I’m going better business filing something you will learn next time to watch how you treat women. I’m going to law school buddy I know my rights. You messed with...
