Flow Miami is truly a special place. It’s a thriving community. Neighbors are friendly and the staff is so welcoming and genuine. There is a real sense of community here. It feels like people care about each other, and it shows in the way everyone interacts. I love that it’s pet-friendly yet always clean and fresh. Everyday feels sweet and full of life and possibilities. It seems too good to be true, but it’s true!

One of the things I love most is how committed they are to making a positive impact in Miami. Every Sunday, they host a farmers market, right in the promenade, supporting local farmers and sourcing fresh, sustainable ingredients. It’s amazing to see a building that prioritizes community well-being, sustainability, and local businesses.

They have wellness events, and even a composting program, glass recycling program and are building awareness about the wildlife and natural environment around the area. Their dedication to wellness, sustainability and conservation is clear they truly care about Miami and its future.

I booked this hotel last minute for the Miami marathon earlier this year, I was honestly really worried about staying here as there were no reviews but I had nothing to worry about. The room looks and feels more like an Airbnb but with all the comfort of a hotel. The building does double as an apartment building which is great because none of the neighbors were loud or obnoxious as can happen in Miami Beach hotels on the weekend. Stayed at Flow Miami for a work trip and the stay was lovely! Beautiful spaces, the most friendly and helpful staff, and the perfect spot to get some work done. You must check out the 10th floor, the coworking area is stunning and relaxing. The rooms had everything you need with a full kitchen and the Nespresso was a plus! They also have a coffee shop and yoga studio which was the perfect place to plug in. Can't wait...
