If you enjoy unparalleled amenities, this building has a lot to offer. However, if you want a building that you are welcomed and that you feel like home , this is not the one. My moving company arrived just after 3pm on my move-out day which I reserved the elevator from 1pm to 5pm. They were denied entry. I went to the management office myself, communicated that I was sorry but I couldn’t have the moving company come exactly at 1pm. Begged could they please come in because it was well before 5pm. The manager simply said no. She said they told her there were 35 pieces of furnitures that needed to be moved and it couldn’t be done by 5pm. I asked if they could move for example 10 pieces and if they would cut close to 5 say at 4:45pm I would tell them to stop and leave. The manager said no. I asked why. She answered because they arrived late. But the moving window was from 1pm to 5pm. Sure they arrived at 3pm but why couldn’t they move the furniture and be done by 5pm? They also tried their best to be at the building. No clear answers were given and I was told to simply reschedule. Meanwhile the movers waited for over 30 minutes in hope of coming to the apartment and left eventually. Really shocked about the service and wouldn’t recommend this building to anyone who would expect the basic human manners...

Easy close parking to cruise terminal. Didnt like the wait for a specific time for the shuttle to take us to ship. They drop returning people off in garage and take empty shuttle to port until the dock is empty, could easily taken the people and then fill van up to come back.
