We have never had bad service here until tonight. I placed an order for two pies. 1 cheese half with Salami and green peppers and a Hawaiian pizza add bacon. The lady repeated back saying 1 Hawaiian add bacon 1 cheese half Salami and green pepper. I said yes, I get there to 3 pizzas and wondered why the price is higher than when I placed the order. The rude girl said with a nasty attitude, I repeated it back on the phone while walking away and I said you repeated back 2 pizzas not 3 and again she rudely snipped I said I repeated it back on the phone. We've been here numerous times over the years even having ordered a $200 order for a party at one point. I don't understand what justifies young people and their nasty attitudes toward people that are paying customers. Tonight was my last time here.
Update: I originally left a review after a disappointing experience with customer service at this pizzeria. To my surprise, both the owner and manager personally reached out to me afterward to apologize and make things right. I truly appreciate the effort they took to listen, acknowledge the issue, and show that they value their customers.
The food has always been great, and now I can say their customer care matches the quality of what comes out of the kitchen. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what sets a business apart is how they handle them—and they handled this with professionalism and genuine care.
I’m glad to see that they stand behind their business and their customers, and I’ll definitely...
Read moreFirst time, surely NOT the last! Cozy dine in area. Lots of neat pictures. Strong family atmosphere. While they were finishing my take out order, I could hear the staff joking with each other like family would.
The smells were amazing! I had to put the food in the back seat so I wouldn't get in to it on my way home during the 45 minute drive. We ordered a large cheese pizza to "test" their pizza. We do this at all new places. If they cant make a good cheese pizza, nothing else will be worth it.
Napoli's cheese pizza - FANTASTIC!! Crust is thin, but not like a cracker. Easily folded, not too chewy, or thick. The sauce and seasoning are spot on. Reminded me of a shop long-gone back home. There was plenty of delicious cheese, too.
My wife got the 4-way Pasta. A sampler of lasagna, ravioli, manicotti, and stuffed shells. This is more than enough for 2 people on it's own! Everything was fresh, hot, and covered in sauce. Excellent.
My daughter and her bf wanted to try the chicken alfredo pizza. They love it! Plenty of rich alfredo sauce and chicken. Next time though, we'll add some veggies. Tomatoes, spinach, and onions, maybe. Still - Great pizza!
We also ordered the Side Sausage. Lots of sauce, cheese, and a very flavorful sausage.
We would like to thank the friendly staff for their hard work. You have a great...
Read moreThis is the first time I've tried Nipoli's pizza. I wanted a pizza and my husband wanted a calzone but I seen other items on the menu and couldn't help myself so I ordered a small pepperoni pizza , (which to most pizza places this would be a large) , a meat calzone with added mushrooms, the trio pasta dish , a pc. of limoncello cake and a cannoli. With the trio dish I recieved a salad and 2 garlic knots. When I walked in to pick up my phone order it was so clean!! The kitchen is in view and eveything was so clean . I know it was a pick up but I still gave a decent tip. Once home I ate 2 slices of pizza. Delicious! The pepperoni was so tasty and the cheese a light salty goodness! The sauce was so tasty too. I tried a bite of my husband's calzone. O my, my!! That is the best calzone I've ever eaten!! Full of meat and cheese! The lemon cake was not overly sweet and so moist and the lemon wasn't over powering either. The perfect cake! The canolli was very good as well with a nice flaky, crunchy shell and full of goodness. We haven't eaten the trio yet but if it's like the pizza , calzone and desserts it's a hit! This place is a 10 for me and I will be back OFTEN! It's a must and so happy that I...
