Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Miamisburg

i was kind of hired on spot im not exactly sure why but i got the work outfit exchanged information with the manager and came in for 2 days of training (i was not reimbursed for my 6 hour days there or tips). i guess he didnt notice i have scars before he initially decided to hire me. and i was basically taken off schedule because i didn’t have appropriate attire (covering my arms). before my next “shift” he asked me to bring in my dirty work clothes mind you, so some other girl could work a shift before me. i had walked up there and gladly just returned both my hat and shirt and the next day i had a shift i couldn’t come in anyways because of “surprise inspection”. i haven’t even had my first job yet formally but it just seemed a very unprofessional approach, and ending to say. the establishment is just about quick cleaning and service, just using hot water doesn’t necessarily mean its cleaned; watch for cross contamination and...

You need this! It was my first time having Rita's frozen custard and I loved it! This location is recently new and the owners are amazing! Being our first time we had no idea what anything was and they explained everything to us! My kids got the "Gelati" which is Italian ice with frozen custard. We never even heard of that before and now it's probably a family favorite. I got the "Concrete" Reeses Peanut Butter Mudslide, which is frozen custard with Reeses magic mixed in and topped with hot chocolate sauce. I'm a huge fan of anything Reeses and by far this is now my favorite I've ever had. Another great thing is they're open all year long, which means we can get these tastes of happiness all year long! If you haven't been you should def go and if you've been to another Rita's I recommend...

My wife and I were I town from Texas and we were looking for a great ice cream spot. We found Rita’s on internet but we got there a few minutes too late as they broke down the shake machine. The owners kindly let us know they had just broke down the machine for the night as they were closing in 5 minutes. As we were leaving and about to get into our car, one of the owners rushed out and said “come on back in, we would be glad to make it for you”! This was above and beyond what we expected! They were so friendly and the shakes were absolutely delicious!! We enjoyed them so much, we came back the next day for another round. The place was packed and now we can see why!
