Wish I could give ZERO stars to this store in particular the staff are so Rude on all 3 occasions I ordered from the Marshalls Creek store off 209 Milford Rd behind Perkins... BUT today topped the pizza pie. I had to head off to work for an emergency call in NJ. My 20 yr old daughter who doesn’t drive at home with her 5 younger siblings asked me to order pizza. I cash app my daughter money to do so. She ordered the $19.99 special online (not through an App) through Delivery in which she also paid, at about 5:45 /6:15 pm only to find out with a callback from Store Manager Joseph Kowalski that he has no one to deliver ... ( Where’s the fix for that) after they already have your money. So she calls me in which I directed her to ask for a refund, and she does ONLY to be told that her refund will not be immediately but take up to 4-5 days. Now I’m pissed so I call Joseph to reiterate how him not having delivery shouldn’t affect a refund of a customer. Joseph compared Dominos to ordering clothes online and UPS. The only difference is takeout that offers orders and advertises delivery for a fee should be reciprocated as advertised in comparison to a PARCEL service that delivers to customers as a business on behalf of a specific contract in which they deliver in reciprocity as orders come in. Tell me when have you ever heard ups calling customers saying they can’t deliver because they have no drivers? It’s their business highly unlikely! Not to mention Joseph hung up on me, I called back and asked for his manager, Joseph said “I am the manager” finally giving me his managers name “John ? ...whom last name or number he doesn’t know” which he had to ask staff for johns number and “he’s doing me a favor by trying to get his managers name” Muah... ME A PAYING CUSTOMER WITH NO PRODUCT THAT ALLOWS HIM TO GET A PAYCHECK... the customer keeps dominos paid and open to operate, but with this continued behavior I’ll be sure to divert a lot of traffic...paying customers from dominos in Marshall’s creek of East...
Read moreABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Don't waste your money here. There are FOUR other REAL Pizzerias in the nearby area. I myself don't like Domino's pizza, but a family member wanted it. I instead ordered two Chicken Parmigiana heros for my wife and I. What we got was such a RIPOFF for the $13 spent. All together, there couldn't possibly be more than a dollar's worth of food in the boxes! No exaggeration, there was 4 of the smallest pieces of chicken tidbits in the whole hero! (See my photos). It's funny, I initially had joked when lifting up the boxes with the heros that they felt so lightweight that they must have forgot to put the hero's inside.
In one of my photos you can see that after collecting the 4 small pieces of chicken together, they barely made enough to cover the smaller part of the hero! I don't know whether the workers are instructed to make the hero like that, with the LEAST amount of chicken inside to save on cost...or they just don't give a d*mn about peoples food. You just can't do a job like that and feel good about the food you are making for people!
AVOID THIS PLACE, THEY DON'T DESERVE YOUR HARD...
Read moreI called this store to place an order by phone, and the representative that picked up the call stated "Thank you for calling Domino's the store is currently closed," and she hung up the phone on me. That call was placed at 8:09pm today. We then decided to drive to the location to see if their sign was off, to validate whether or not the facility was truly closed. Upon arrival at the store it appears that the store reflects it is open. We then tried to place an order online, to to assess whether the order could be placed, and the order went through successfully. I am a humble and understanding individual, and understand that people are under pressure, especially under Pandemic related issues. However, this is not the first time someone responds with this type of customer service demeanor. It's not necessary, and is the very reason why I always prefer Chick FIL A's establishment over Dominos. Were it not for my feeling sick, I would have taken my business...
