We had an extremely disappointing experience at Pizzaro's Pizzeria. Our party of five ordered the Monday $10.95 entrée special, which included three Chicken Francese, one Chicken Marsala, and one Chicken Alla Vodka. According to the menu, these specials should have come with a salad and dinner rolls. However, after placing our order, we were informed that the salads were not included, despite what the menu stated. When the food arrived, all three Chicken Francese dishes were inedible. They lacked the lemon and butter sauce and had an unpleasant, stale smell. My son couldn't even bring himself to taste it, and the other two members of our party only managed a small forkful before deciding it was not safe to eat. The dinner rolls were also stale, dry, and not warm. Concerned about the quality, we returned the food to the counter, but no one came to apologize or attempt to rectify the situation. The Chicken Marsala was equally disappointing. The sauce tasted overly salty and seemed to come straight from a jar, lacking the authentic Marsala wine flavor. Although the chicken itself was acceptable, the sauce was far too salty. When we raised our concerns, the staff member at the counter said she needed to speak with her manager. Unfortunately, no manager came out to address the issue. The staff member offered to refund half the price of the meals, claiming it amounted to around $35. However, this was incorrect, as the total should have been $54.75, making half $27.38. Her insensitivity and lack of basic math skills were frustrating. Desperate for something to eat, we ordered a plain pizza pie, which also turned out to be subpar, resembling cardboard. Overall, our experience was so poor that we believe the restaurant should consider renaming itself from Pizzaro's Pizzeria to Bizzaro’s. Even Olive Garden offers a better dining experience, which is not saying much. You might want to consider dining elsewhere, as this establishment doesn't seem to offer good value for your time or money.

I ordered a veggie roll (as part of a pick up order) on 8/16/24. I Ate through maybe 1/3 of the way when I realized that I had a foreign object in my mouth. I pulled out some kind of long strip of plastic or something amongst the ricotta cheese. It was after closing so I called as soon as they opened the next day. I asked for the owner and was told he wasn't there. I asked for a manger, again no one there. She asked what was wrong and I told her. She sounded completely unaffected and disinterested. I asked her to take my name and number and have someone call me back, she claimed she did yet I never heard from ANYONE. It's been a week. I've tried calling 2 more times with the same result. I never finished my food obviously and I took photos and have both the plastic piece and my uneaten portion still wrapped in my fridge. I've been a patron for the 23yrs I've lived here. These past few years they have declined significantly and this? This is beyond bad quality, its negligence.....this goes to just plain bad ownership, management etc. They never even called me back. They have the same demeanor as the girl who answered the phone. I could have choked, if it was a child eating it, they could've choked and then this Google review would be the least of their problems. I paid $12 for that disaster roll. I would like my money back!

Grabbed a chicken vodka parmesan hero from Pizzaro's as a takeaway order. The girl working the front was very nice but wasn't very knowledgeable about food (suggesting American cheese for a parmesan sandwich), luckily the pizza maker was right there and he was also very friendly and knew what I was asking for. Sandwich was in the ballpark of $10 and change. This was a really good sandwich for this area. I enjoyed the roll a lot (which is half the battle out here) and the chicken was cooked perfectly. The sauce had a nice touch of cream and butter with fresh basil and was truly delicious. I rated this very high on my list of local places to get a chicken vodka parmesan sandwich (I try them all over) and stand by that assessment. I'd like to go back and try the pizza and other dishes but Pizzaro's for sure - Didn't Suck! Absolute worst service!! EVER. From the server, down the the kitchen staff. Had went here a year ago to place an order for wings, and was turned away because it was 30 mins from close... Last night I called in to place an order, I waited an hour for a pizza to receive a buffalo chicken pizza with marinara sauce all over it. I had explained my order and they proceed to blame it on me and tell me i ordered the pizza incorrectly. They refused to refund me as the server said it would be coming out of her paycheck. Which is COMPLETELY inappropriate.Told me they would make me a new pizza mind you i have already waited and hour for ONE PIZZA i called in advance for. at this point I was not giving this company my business or anymore of my time. As someone who has been working in the restaurant industry for the past 10 years as a server, i'm disgusted with the way it was handled. Telling a customer it their fault and argue making it right for them? outrageous. This restaurant needs better staffing as there friendliness, customer service and cleanliness lacked MAJORLY. As i see i'm not the only one with the same complaints, I hope this review reaches the owner so they can REALLY make the improvements they claimed they have been working on in other reviews. I will definitely not be stopping EVER again and don't recommend to anyone. Worst service...
