Alfredo's Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Middle Township

I have been eating here for the past 6 months. It was my dad’s favorite place before he passed away. The pizza has always been good. I just went in there and got a cheesesteak and fries and a couple slices of pizza. It was absolutely disgusting. The pizza was soggy, the cheesesteak was bland and tasted like cat food or at least smelled like it. The fries were soggy without any salt. Aside from this while we were eating, both of us got sick. It’s obviously way too quick to be good poisoning, I truly believe the food was just so disgusting it made us both ill.

Aside from this there is something else I saw that will make me never go back. When I first arrived to pick up my order I was outside smoking and was looking through the window. The guy who makes the cheesesteaks was in the middle of preparing an order. If it was mine I would of just left, I have worked as a chef for the past 12 years, the general rule in most places I’ve work is it is appropriate to touch uncooked for with your bare hands. Now I disagree with this rule so I wear my gloves at all times. When I arrived I observed the cook couldn’t get what looked like a meatball sub in the box. He had to cut it down to fit in the box. He used his un gloved hand to touch all over this poor person’s sandwich. After that he tried putting the lid on a container of cheese fries. This guy literally took the palm of his hand with no glove and pressed down on the entire order fries to make them fit. That is absolutely disgusting, that man takes no pride in his job and doesn’t seem to comprehend the fact that people can die as a result of bad food handling practices. The scary part is this genius is doing this in front of a giant glass window, is they are willing to do this in a place anyone walking in or walking by to see, it scares me to know what they do were people can’t see. I have never done this but personally I think I’m gonna request my bank to fight this, i don’t feel right paying for food that I was scared to give to my dog. I assure you if one thing, I am currently as I wrote this fighting being nauseous, if I do end up with food poisoning I’ll be sending the board of health to visit. My head chef always says if you pay peanuts you end up employing monkeys. If your not willing to put the money in and pay for the proper people to put out quality products there is really no reason to run...

TODAY IS MY LAST TIME ORDERING DELIVERY AND EATING IN OR TAKING OUT 5/11/2019

I TAKE MY FAMILY IN FOR A LATE LUNCH, AND WHEN WE GET THE WING DING PLATTER IT'S NOT A PLATTER NO MORE FEW BURNT WINGS JUST THROWN IN A BASKET, NO SAUCE TO AT LEAST LUBRICATE IT GOING DOWN THE THROAT, THE FRIES AND THE COLE SLAW TOTALLY ELIMINATED! SO Y'ALL TELLING US A WING DING PLATTER THAT USED TO COST UNDER $10 IS NOW GONNA $10 + THE 🍟 FRIES PLUS THE COLE SLAW 🤔 + SAUCE IF ANY, NO THANK YOU

WE HAVE SPENT A LOT OF MONEY IN THIS PLACE, WHERE I WORK WHEN WE ORDER WE SPEND EASY $60-$100 JUST ON DELIVERY

I'VE HAD A FEW MISUNDERSTANDINGS BUT THIS ONE IS THE LAST ONE. LAST TIME WE HAD A NEW EMPLOYEE NOT TOAST UP A CHICKEN PARM SANDWICH.. COLD CHEESE AND SAUCE WITH SOGGY BREAD

OTHER TIMES I'VE CALLED 20- 30 MINS BEFORE CLOSING FOR A PICK UP AND I RUDELY BEEN TOLD WE ARE CLOSED BY LAZY EMPLOYEES WHO JUST WANNA CLEAN AND GO HOME..

ETC ETC ETC I CAN GO ON FOR EVER THAT'S HOW LONG I'VE EATEN HERE... EVEN WE ALFREDOS PIZZERIA USED TO BE IN RIO GRANDE ( not sure if same owner then but i think it was) VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been trying to contact them for them to make my issue right, and I keep getting ignored on Facebook and being told there isn’t a manager on. On 11/5 I came in and ordered a cheese steak with mozz cheese and a large pizza. Also grabbed stuff when we got there too. When I got home I realized they gave me fries and not a cheese steak. I tried calling to see if I could just get credit for one for the next time, and the Girl did nothing and hung up on me. I just wanted my money back for it or to be able to be credited one since I didn’t get what I ordered. The only option the girl gave me was to drive a half hour back to the store to pick it up right then, and I couldn’t because I had to work. I just wanted them to make the mistake right. I constantly order chicken tenders and ask for no sauce.. then get the chicken tenders and they’re covered in honey mustard. I let that go a lot, but being over charged for fries basically isn’t cool in my book. Are you guys ever going to make this right? I have left my number on your Facebook page as well as with the people who answer the phones and still have not heard back.. it’s a shame you can do that to...
