Firehouse Subs Shoppes on Bagley — Restaurant in Middleburg Heights

1st visit... Delicious sandwiches! Go online for coupon deals! We will be back! 2nd visit... first I will say that the subs are so delicious and the bread is very soft and fresh! And they have the soda machine to mix flavors! ... now for the 2nd review... I didn't mention it in the 1st review because I didn't want to judge based on one visit, but if you're in a hurry, this is NOT the place for you. I can tell people know this because there were 3 people waiting on orders when I walked in, and 2/3 were sitting down waiting. The other one was standing so she could see her kids and finally went outside to wait with her kids. I was early coming for the order, and the order was only a few minutes later than the estimate. The staff are always nice, but I was surprised that with that many people waiting, one worker was sweeping small crumbs off the floor instead of helping make orders. The only problem I encountered was receiving a medium cup when I ordered a large. I was told they are out of large cups. If that's the case, they should turn off that option on their...

I get why I keep hearing about this place so much, the food was so good! We got a Roasted Turkey and a Spicy Chicken Sub. Both of them were hot, delicious, tender, and moist. The Spicy Chicken was actually tossed in the sauce as opposed to just kind of sprayed on top which was nice. The pickles were definitely not from a jar in the grocery store, they felt much crisper. The toppings were fresh too. I gotta come back and try the other subs and chili because they sound great. The chips were good too.

The Service was good. They seemed friendly enough. It definitely took a while to get everyone's orders though. People were waiting for a while.

The Atmosphere was fine, it felt like a sub shop. The firehouse decorations were cool and it looks like they do a lot with charity. I didn't love the metal guard over the trashcan through. Its hole was smaller than the cardboard container our subs came in, so I had to smash it down just to...

I ordered a small chicken gyro sub. I ordered without knowing the price because the menu board didn't have any prices listed, just empty spaces next to small, medium, and large. The sandwich tasted good but...it was the smallest sandwich I have ever seen. I tried the cherry limeade and it was insanely sweet. I didn't give them 1 star because the sandwich did taste good and I liked that I could round up my change as a donation to help firefighters. I didn't like how their survey website isn't secure so I couldn't tell them how they did at FirehouseListens.com. It's pretty crazy to think a chain/franchise like this wouldn't have the security and hosting on their website up to date so people could enter a survey and review their official sweepstakes rules.
