Edit to respond: This happened March 29th, my transaction was at 2:01PM. I called the store and was told the general manager is not in often and their schedule is unpredictable when I asked to speak to them. I was left the option to leave a note which I did, and I have not been called back.
I was in here the other day and walked in to an empty store to order my smoothie. I took my time checking out the menu since nobody else was in there, and the girl at the register literally just eyed me down the entire time. When I walked forward I said what I wanted and she rolled her eyes and said nothing, just took my money. I stepped to the side to wait, a little bothered by her attitude but didn’t say much. The team made my smoothie quickly. I took it from the girl who made it, and was getting ready to put a straw in when I heard them start complaining. “Oh my god are you serious? Another one?” One girl said. Another loudly shouted “Leave us alone!!!” And a customer walked in the store. I was appalled by their attitudes. The girls took turns saying “Not it” as the customer waited at the register, and finally one reluctantly walked over to help that person. I have also called here to place a call in before, been put on hold and heard in the background “Can you do this I’m so tired of these orders it’s too much work” I mean is this a joke? Read moreI’ve been here multiple times recently and every time i come in the service is awful. The employees don’t seem to care about doing their job and the manager doesn’t seem to care about it. The employees seem to be improperly trained, which isn’t their fault it’s the fault of the manager. it seems to be a common thing now a days, not training your employees. I’ve seen the multiple reviews on the lack of service and yet there’s been no change. Also, when the manager is in, it seems to be he’ll chit chat with one of the employees and leave the other one to do all the work themselves. It’s very upsetting to watch someone do all the work themselves when there should be 2 of them working. Read more[Edit 5/11/24 reply] Unfortunately, that is incorrect. I called and asked if I could place a pick up order for myself. There was no online order and I never use doordash. Immediately after asking to place a pickup order they said they were no longer taking orders for the night and all their equipment was already down as they started closing. I told them I was only 5 min away making for an 8:45 arrival. But they insisted they weren't taking any more orders despite my asking if 9pm was their closing time.
