Dunkin' — Restaurant in Middlesex Township

i came in with my friend for some breakfast. when we arrived the lady at the front counter was hiding behind the donuts. it took her a few minutes before coming to the register to take our orders. after placing the orders it took 10-15 mins to get our food. we orders 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches, which doesn’t take long at all if you go through the drive-thru. after the food came out we realized we wanted something else so we went back up to the counter and waited a good 5 mins before anyone came up to us. they kept looking at us but not coming over. once we placed the order we waited another 15 mins before getting our food. the sad part is 5 people went thought the drive-thru before we could get our food. but we had to go up and ask abt our food bc once no one was in the drive-thru the workers were just standing around. we went up and asked about our hash browns it came out within a minute. i’ve been coming to this location for a year now and this has been the worst service...

I went in to order some breakfast and coffee. The young girl at the register didn’t have any emotions towards me coming in. She was hiding behind the donuts on her phone. When I finally ordered, it took 10 minutes to get my food when no one was in the store and 3 people had already gone in the drive through even though I had ordered before them. I then asked for hashbrowns and proceeded to wait an additional 10 minutes for them because the other young lady did not send the order to the back. I’ve worked in the food industry before so I know that sometimes it takes a little longer, however, this was ridiculous and took way too long for me being the only person getting food. I had to go up to the young lady to remind her about my order and it came right away. I love dunkin but this experience wasn’t great for my first time...

I stopped by this location on my travels to New England. We stopped in the store and we ordered three or four things. We ordered 10 munchkins and we're only given nine. When I asked for the 10th one she seemed in disbelief. Ordered a Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso that I order every time I go to Dunkin' Donuts. I asked for light ice as normal. However, what I got was a full cup of ice and when I stated I asked for light ice, they told me no that it was a measured drink. And I said well the other stores do it and they just fill it with more oat milk. I was told no that's how it comes. I don't believe the customer is always right, but I do know that in the other stores, they are happy to put light ice in my cup. I feel like with customer service like this they won't be in...
