On this particular date I ordered pizza, as usual, except it was later in the evening than I typically order. First, it was taking a really long time to arrive for a Sunday evening. I used the tracker to watch its progress; it was supposed to arrive in just a minute or two. Great. Tick, tick, tick, no one arrived. I checked again and it said my order was complete; it had been delivered. This was news to me since it was not here and nowhere in the vicinity. So, I got on the phone and tried to call them. I could not get through to a person. They never answer the phone at this location anymore. I went online to see if I could resolve my issue, like get my money back for items that had not materialized, but the best I could do there was get one free pizza; totally not equal to the money I was losing. I was very frustrated and angry at the theft of my hard-earned money. After half an hour of trying, I was getting ready to go down there to the store. This meant finding a ride to get me there. Then finally a delivery person arrived with my order, which was stone cold and a half an hour late. The delivery guy was hardly apologetic, just pretty much shrugging me off, I guess he already had his tip money, after all, and I couldn't change that now.
I have been ordering pizza from this Domino's location for years. Their pizza is good for the price, but their service has steadily become worse and worse over the years. At this point I'm not sure I will continue to order from them at all, after this fiasco. My biggest complaint is that nobody made it right, which is the difference between losing or keeping a dissatisfied customer. Anyone can make a mistake or run into unforseen snags when conducting business, this I understand, but it's just really bad business to do nothing to correct it. They used to, now they do as little as possible. I highly recommend finding somewhere else to get your pizza from, especially if you want it delivered in a timely, friendly, and...

First time dealing with this particular store. As such, I made multiple calls to this store (which took a very, very long time for them to answer) before making an order online. I needed an answer to some questions about being tax exempt and how I can make sure this order wouldn't be charged tax. The first call went to a "manager-in-training" who didn't know a thing, not being able to answer simple questions. In fact, she just hung up on me when I pressed the matter further (great attitude as a worker). Now I'm angry. After calling back I reached someone different and asked the same questions and was assured that the online interface could address my tax exempt issue. He told me something about coupons and other discounts. I told him that that wasn't my issue; it was an issue of being tax exempt, not a discount; two clearly different things. He again assured me the website could address the issue adequately. After trying to get more clarity, I WAS HUNG UP ON AGAIN! So, armed with this solid knowledge, with trepidation, I went ahead and made the order online. Big mistake. Lo and behold, the tax exempt issue WAS NOT addressed in the coupons and other discounts section (imagine that).
I was brushed off with pat and totally wrong answers. It was clear that they just didn't want to deal with me.
You can be sure I won't be using this store again and I will make sure I tell as many people as I can about this truly awful purchasing experience.
Honestly, I have not felt like I've been treated this badly as a customer more than a scant few other times. I think some better training at that store is in order. Not a good way to run a business.
As other reviewers have lamented, I should have read the other reviews for this store. I suggest you do this. Many, many consistently bad reviews.
Go to Glass Nickel. They actually care about...

Unbelievably poor customer service coupled with poorly prepared food from this location. I usually enjoy Domino's over the other pizza chains, but this location has me questioning my Domino's loyalty. I ordered a jalapeno, sausage, and green pepper medium pizza, and got just a cheese pizza. I called the store and asked for a refund and they promised me that they would send a gift card via email. I gave them 24 hours, which I think is reasonable, and then called them again the next day to ask about the gift card. The person answered that they have a long list of emails to work through for gift cards. This is obviously not a reassuring statement. It has been 72 hours and I still have not received said gift card for my refund.
The next piece of sadness came in the shape of these lava cakes pictured below. Even with the wrong pizza, I was hoping to be able to enjoy the cake. I was wrong. They were wet, mushed, and thoroughly under cooked. What I assumed happened was that someone opened the freezer, turned on the only microwave they could give, and zapped these guys for a solid 10 seconds. Piss poor, as Gordon...
