Old wrinkly manager is very rude and the way he talks to his customers is actually beyond what I’ve seen. There was a slight miscommunication because I didn’t hear the employee, and they ended up messing up my order. (Mind you I told them from the very beginning I just wanted a plain cheese steak with just cheese so I thought that they already knew). I told them that I wanted plain instead of the toppings they added, and the manager started to mock me being on the phone with his hands, and apparently I looked like I was sleeping. And then he told me that I’m lucky that he won’t charge me again for another cheesesteak. It was a simple mistake but the way the manager handled it and spoke to me was beyond anyone should be spoken too. Especially to a customer who is giving them service. I’m surprised he still has a job and with that confidence of his it seems like he’s done it before and will most definitely do it again. Never again...

He handed me my drink walked off & when my daughter asked for hers he ignored her, then later made it & placed it on top of the drink station & didn’t call us back up to retrieve it. Once I asked he started pointing to where it was at rolling his eyes as if I was bothering him. I stated I was dine in & my food was bagged up not placed and served on a tray. Cheesesteak was very sloppy made & the onions was not sautéed at all & some fries was undercooked. Terrible customer service & a waste of $35!! Don’t waste...

I go to Charley's because I love their strawberry lemonade and the young man who usually makes it for me I tip anywhere from 3-5$ for just making it the way I like, however today I went in for my usual drink and the manager charged me way more than usual for extra syrup, which is great. I paid 8$ and change wasn't to happy because it wasn't necessary. Usually I pay 1$ for extra and am happy with service. Today it wasn't that great but I believe in second chances.
